Pastor Steve Hickey –  “Praise the Lord!  Yes, oh Lord we welcome You into this place.  We thank You Father for being so present in our state today.  We thank You God for what You are going to do in the next 24 hours and we ask great and mighty things of you, God, because we believe this is the time, Father of Your visitation and we know God that You are at work here and You have prepared the way for this event, and we thank You.  We ask, God, that there would be a strategic release for us as the Body of Christ in this state, and we give You praise and thanks that we are here today.  In Your Name we pray.  Say Amen!  Amen!  (Invites Gabe Medicine Eagle to come up). 

My name is Steve Hickey and I have a few hats that I wear.  One is that I am the Pastor of Harvest Church in Sioux Falls, SD, and maybe you have heard of that or maybe you haven’t heard of that, but the last couple of years I have also had another hat, as these folks have asked me to be the state coordinator for the Strategic Prayer Network, and how many of you know that there is a network of praying people across our land? Amen!  So there have been strategic meetings like this in every single state, almost, I think this is the 44^th state, is that right?  The 44^th state.  We were in North Dakota last night and what God is doing in this 50-state tour – He put it on the hearts, and you will hear in a little bit how that happened.  He put it on the hearts of Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets independent of one another to go to all 50 states, and it has been a whirlwind for you guys, I know it has.  Even today getting here we just made it on time, but that is because of the restaurant that Dutch picked and what he had to eat, and it just took forever.  No, that’s not the whole reason why.  

We’re glad to be here and God is doing incredible things in the 50 states and the purpose of these meetings is not just to give us each an individual little buzz or high or get touched by the Lord as an individual, although that might happen tonight. I’m not sure.  The Lord might do whatever He needs to do.  It seems to me, as I understand what has gone on – and I saw it last night in North Dakota – the purpose for this thing is that God is dealing corporately with regions and states, and so tonight is going to be a time where we really get prophetic strategy and I think it could be a hard word, it could be an encouraging word.  I don’t know exactly how the Lord is going to speak through these guys tonight, but I know it is going to encourage us in the Lord and rally us as a state.  I am just thrilled to be here tonight.

I want to know who is from East river, just raise your hand. Okay, and who is from West river?  All right, and so we are kind of blended here in the middle and that is exactly what the Lord is doing.  There is a reason we had this in Pierre, instead of in Sioux Falls or Rapid City.  We could have probably bumped the attendance by giving this in one of those cities, but we didn’t feel that was on the heart of the Lord to do something independent.  We wanted to bring it together and I wanted to share with you. 

North Dakota had a theme, I think it came out of Ezekiel 1 about a whirlwind coming down from the north.  Okay, now we didn’t have a theme for tonight.  I prayed about it, I said ‘Lord give us a direction’ and nothing really.  Last night though, when North Dakota was the subject, I felt the Lord speak to me about South Dakota, and He spoke the word to me ‘remember.’  Now, I wrote as fast I could think, but I wanted to give this to you tonight and hopefully set the tone for the evening.  I don’t know exactly what they ae going to say, but the Lord spoke to me with the word ‘remember,’ and I thought immediately that the Lord remembers us, we are a forgotten place.  How many of you know that?  I was immediately at Psalm 88:12, which talks about a land of forgetfulness or a land of oblivion, and I thought ‘Lord, that’s us.’ 

Don Brendtro said a few years ago – he is going to be up a little bit later tonight – he said a couple of years back when we met in Pierre and he told us how Newsweek Magazine called us an outback, and Rand McNally left us out of the map, so we are just this forgotten group that is out there.  I thought that the Lord is telling us that He wants to remember us.  Then I found myself in Job 11:21, where it talks about a land of gloom and deep shadow, of deep night and disorder, and I wondered, Lord is this really a land of oblivion here? and I think His answer was clearly ‘No’ because Isaiah 62:4 very much resonated.  It says: ‘You will no longer be called desolate, forsaken, or forgotten’ Amen!  ‘You will be called Buelah.’  Do you know what Buelah means?  Married to the land, and the land is married, and that speaks of great covenant. In verse 12 it says ‘You will be called sought after.’ So the Lord gives the land a new name and I think the Lord is going to give us a new name. 

This morning in North Dakota – Do you know that we are strategically linked geographically and historically to North Dakota? But also spiritually to North Dakota, and this morning when Dutch was speaking, the Lord spoke this thing that ‘dakota’ means what? Friend.  North and South Friendship, perhaps is the new name.  We’re not the land of oblivion.  I wrote down some things really fast – they are scribbled here.  We’re not ‘KELO-land’ you know? Hey, after the governor declared prayer for rain, much of the state is now dry land anymore, although we are still praying for the west and the northwest.  We are not a wasteland.  We’re not even farmland, we’re not even Indian land.  We’re not even heartland.  But I would suggest to you that because of what God is doing this is North and South Friendship. Do you know what friendship is?  What friendship is, is a covenant joining together.  As I was writing this really fast, I saw a belt buckle.  I know that in South Dakota, most of you who have lived here a long time probably have a big belt buckle, but I saw the Lord taking east and west and buckling it right at this state.  That’s what I saw.  I saw east and west.  I was saying ‘Lord, what is this thing about remember’ and I think the deal is this:  it is re-member, as in He is going to bring the members back together.  That what was dismembered, Amen, He is re-membering it even tonight.  So we’re very grateful for that, and I think that is a tip of the iceberg of what the Lord is going to speak into these next 24 hours 

I am really glad you are here.  I fell like I am one called to wash the feet of intercession in this state and get it going together.  In the back, at the break, there are some sheets for you to sign in and if you don’t get the SPN emails for this state, you can sign in and put your email address there.  I really encourage you to do that so you can be linked together with us in that way. 

I want to begin in what I think is a very strategic way in asking my covenant brother, Gabe Medicine Eagle – Gabe is host person, apostle in this land – to pray and release us tonight.”

Pastor Gabe Medicine  Eagle – “That’s going to cost you something.  We have been praying and asking God to send Chuck up this way, and every time we have made our way up to Colorado, we have always touched the hem of his garment and all this kind of stuff, and finally he is here.  Amen.  He brought Dutch along with him, and that is another blessing.  I tell you what, I have been really blessed by their ministries in my growing, I guess, and understanding the things of God.  I thank God for men like these two, because if I was stuck in my church and learning things only that I was surrounded by, I wouldn’t grow very much, but being able to be connected with them and sitting under their ministry and their teaching has really helped me to understand what God is all about. Not only what He is about, but what He wants for us.  I agree with that and I thank God for the heart He has for us as a people, not only in South Dakota, but for all humanity and I thank God for that. 

I just want to say ‘Welcome from the Great Sioux Nation’ I guess we ought to call it that.  We do have nine reservations here, and if you know what the word reservation means, it means ‘set aside for later use’ and I believe God in His purposes, you know He takes what the enemy means for evil and He turns it around for good.  I thank God for that, that I wasn’t given first chance.  The Bible says that those who were first are going to be last, and those who are last are going to be first.  I thank God that we are on the tail end of things – until now! 

Pray with me tonight that we want the full blessings of what God has for us.  If it wasn’t for prophecy, I wouldn’t be where I am at today.  Through my walk I reached up and grabbed a few prophecies for myself, even though they might have been meant for somebody else, I still went up and grabbed them for myself.  I believe that is what is going to happen tonight.  There might be some that are still out there in arms’ reach that we need to reach for.  There are some things that the Lord is going to bring to us tonight that we are going to receive also.  Tonight is a time for grabbing, amen.  Let’s pray tonight and ask the Lord to release some things into every area so that we won’t be forgotten anymore, we won’t be all that stuff, but we will be God’s people from this day forward.  Amen.

Lord, we just thank You tonight Father, we pray Lord God that You would open up the windows of heaven, Lord God.  Father, just shower forth, Lord God, all the things Lord God, that below to us Lord.   That Lord God things that have hindered over the years, Lord we have had to wait, Father, for years and years, Lord God, for an outpouring like this, and Father we pray tonight, Lord God, that this will be a time that we can begin to receive, Father.  Lord, that we would rise up, Lord God, as your people, all throughout this land, Lord, that we will be an example Lord God of healing, and example of reconciliation, and example Lord God of mending Lord God, and working together Lord.  We pray tonight Lord God that this whole state Lord will come together as one. And we pray Father, that Your blessings will be made known all throughout this land.  Father we give You praise, glory and honor tonight, Father in Jesus’ name.”

Chuck Pierce – “Now we haven’t started another state tour like this, but all of a sudden, when Gabe stood up, the spirit of prophecy came on me, so I just feel like we need to start it here with prophesying and releasing.  Let’s all stand up. 

Father, we thank You for being here.  Father, we thank You that You have gathered us tot his particular state.  Father it is an anointing in the land of this state that You are drawing out at this time.  Father, we thank You for how You are moving at this time across this land. 

And the Lord would say to you son ‘I am calling you to begin to begin to gather the grapes in this area.  For I say, there are many grapes that I am ready to press together to form the wine that will begin to flow out and into this nation.  For I would say to you, wine is in this particular state, and it is the wine of revelation of My Spirit.  From this state, there will be revelation that comes forth over how to overthrow the demonic forces.  Not just in this state, but I say, I will devise a plan in this state that will overthrow demonic forces in major cities of this nation.  I would say from this state, the Holy Spirit will dwell in such a way, I am even bringing people to this state now to experience My Spirit.  I say as you gather from each tribe and each reservation, I will begin to draw together that which has been set apart, and when all nine come together in this state to worship, I would say to you, the Holy Spirit will begin to flow across this state.  The Holy Spirit will begin to flow into this nation.  The east coast will be affected.  Virginia will have a revival. I say to you, Oklahoma will rejoice.  I say Tennessee will come forth with new sound.  I say from South Dakota a worship gathering will form that will release a move of my spirit throughout this land, sayeth the Lord.”

Pastor Steve Hickey  - “Thank You Lord, Thank You Holy Spirit. Rest upon us now.  Heavenly Father, You say ‘Ask of Me and I will give the nations for your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.’  Oh God, we have had too low of aspirations.  We have asked You for our church, for our relatives, for maybe our cities.  But we ask You now for nations.  We speak to the United States and say ‘Be Free, in the Name of Jesus.’  We restore the foundation of this nation, the covenant foundation of righteousness and holiness unto the Lord.”

Pastor Gabe Medicine Eagle – “Like we said earlier, we have nine reservations within this state and we want to speak freedom to them, we want to speak that they would open.  If I remember them correctly, they are the Pine Ridge Reservation to the west.  Those of you who are familiar with the Pine Ridge reservation, we speak Freedom to them.  We speak that they would be open.  The Rosebud Sioux tribe, where we are from – We speak Freedom.  We speak that it would be open.  To the north Standing Rock Reservation – We speak Freedom from suicide.  We pray that they would open to the Word, the Gospel of Jesus Christ.   To the Cheyenne River Reservation – We speak Freedom to them in the Name of Jesus.  To the Lower Brule Reservation – We speak Freedom to them in the Name of Jesus.  We pray that they would be open to the Gospel.  Right across the river, the Crow Creek Reservation – We speak Freedom to them in the Name of Jesus.  To the south, the Santee Sioux – We speak Freedom to them in the Name of Jesus.  That they would be open to the Gospel.  To the Yankton Sioux Reservation – We speak Freedom to them in the Name of Jesus.  To the Sisseton Wapeton Tribe – We speak Freedom in the Name of Jesus.  To the Flandreau Indians – We speak Freedom to them in the Name of Jesus. 

Lord, we just open up the Heavens Lord God.  We pray that You would open up all these people, Lord God.  Father, we have been praying Lord God.  We pray Lord God that you begin to answer our prayer concerning these tribes Lord God, these people.  Lord, we want to love You like everybody else does, Lord.  In Jesus Name.”

Pastor Steve Hickey – “And when the Lord does a work of freedom, a lot of times He gives a new name.  No longer ‘forgotten people;’  no longer the ‘land of oblivion;’ no longer the ‘land of gloom or deep shadow;’  no longer the ‘land of deepest night and disorder, where even light is darkness;’ no longer will they call you deserted or your name desolate, but you will be called Hephzibah, which means married.  For the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married as a young man marries a maiden, so will your sons marry you.  As a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so your God will rejoice over you.  I have posted watchmen on your walls and they will never be silent day or night.  You who call upon the Name of the Lord, give yourselves no rest and give him no rest until he establishes you and makes you the praise of the earth.  The Lord has made the proclamation to the ends of the earth Say to the daughter of Zion: See, your Savior comes, His reward is with Him and His recompense accompanies Him.’  They will be called holy people, redeemed of the land, and you will be called sought after.’ 

Heavenly Father, I pray that from a land of oblivion, we would become a land sought after.  And we say God, that this will be a time and this will be an era where people would come and people would be sent.  We pray that there would be an apostolic flow and sons and daughters would be raised up and sons and daughters would be groomed and shaped and sent, Father.  We ask God that you do it in the red church first, in the white church and all the other churches that are around.  Heavenly Father, we bless Your name today, give us the nations.  Thank you Holy Spirit.  Thank you Holy Spirit.  Can you just thank Him. Thank you Lord.  Thank you Holy Spirit of God.  Breathe on us, oh Wind of Heaven.  Breathe on us Oh Lord.  We summon You Oh Father, from the north, the south, the east and the west.  Come and make us alive unto you, a vast army.  Thank you Lord.  Sing to the Lord.  We stir up tonight Lord the anointing of Heaven.  We stir up the gifts.  We release the prophetic tonight.  Speak to us, oh God.  Speak to us. 

I want Chuck to come up, I think he will come first and then Dutch.  Chuck Pierce is a very clear prophetic voice today and has written a number of things.  There are a number of resources out there and I don’t know how much you want to plug your own stuff, but I think you need to tell us what is in a few of these things, because they are important.  He is a worshipper.  He and my wife joke that when we go to a meeting of apostles – my wife says ‘there is not any worship here, you guys just meet and strategize’ and she looks at Chuck and he wants worship.  So Chuck is a worshipper and God gave him a whole deal about ascending in worship and descending in warfare and it is really important.  Chuck lives in Denton, TX and he travels all the time.  He is vice president, I think of Global Harvest Ministries, which is based in Colorado Springs.  He has an office there at the World Prayer Center and then also Glory of Zion Ministry in Denton, TX.   You can maybe say something about Dutch later, would that be all right. 

Let me pray.  Heavenly Father, right now we ask that You would speak, that You would come upon our brother right now in such a way that he is just a channel, and father we trust You and we know that this is a sacred time for You to bring a strategy, bring a Word, bring an encouragement, bring a rebuke.  Father we want what You want us to have tonight, so we ask that You would speak.  If you’re a pastor in this room, why don’t you stand up and extend your hand if you would like to be a part of the releasing right now of these two guys.  Heavenly Father we stand and say welcome and we stand and say use your gift and flow with power, Chuck and Dutch.  We say change us and shape us and leave a deposit here that will bring the Kingdom and lead us into this next level with you.  We pray this in the mighty, mighty Name of Jesus.  And everybody said: Amen!”

Chuck Pierce – “Well amen, what a blessing to be with you. Thank you for coming out on a Monday night.  This has been quite a journey for us as we have gone all over the United states.  As was said earlier, you are the 44^th state that we have been in and you wonder what is going on with this.  We were both flying in to Washington DC separately to meet there with leaders and to pray and the Lord just arrested both of us and The Lord said ‘I want you to go to every state in this nation, because I am raising up an army in every state.  And it’s very important that you go and be with my people, my remnant people, and be in their land, for their land is very important.’  And so I have been privileged to travel all over, that is what I do. 

I serve as the coordinator for  the Strategic Prayer Network in the United states,  as well as internationally, which is probably one of our larger prayer networks that move and consistently prayer, asking God to bring revival. And so I have been able to travel much throughout the years, but there were four states that I had not been in before starting on this journey: Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota.  So actually tonight I complete some personal journey in my own life and I just want to say, you know, in spite of what the rest of the nation might think, you guys are wonderful people up here! 

Actually, last night we were in North Dakota, just a great meeting and it was wonderful, and Larry was our host there and so I want you to meet him, and the last thing we did when we left North Dakota today – Steve came up and blessed North Dakota.  I am going to ask Larry to come up and bless South Dakota, so we really do begin to move territorially into a new dimension.  So Larry if you would come up here and just extend a blessing – Just welcome North Dakota up here.” 

Pastor Larry --  “Thank you for that.  Let me say you are in store for a great blessing tonight and tomorrow morning.  Steve, just thank you for coming to North Dakota and being there with us.  So glad that we could come down.  Another brother, Jim back there, came with me too.  Anybody else from North Dakota?  We thought we had a whole busload coming, but they must have gotten storm-stayed someplace or something. 

But it has been a delight to have Chuck and Dutch with us and we believe God gave us some very concrete and solid direction for us as a friend to the north, to move and advance the Kingdom of God, but not without you.  And as I sat there tonight listening, as you prayed for the reservations, you know we have 7, I think is it, Jim, in North Dakota?  Seven reservations and we need that same kind of prayer in the friends to the north as well.  I had this vision of sometime down the road seeing a pow wow right on the border between North and South Dakota.  So I am extending an invitation right now, I don’t know when that is going to be, but at some point you know there is going to be a pow wow there on the border to connect these two friends, North and South Dakota. 

I want to confirm just before I pray the scripture that Steve read out of Psalm 2 was already in my heart.  I felt that that scripture needed to be read, about “ask for the nations.”  But there are a few verses before that, and I want to read these two as it begins in Psalm 2 verse 1  ‘Why do the nations rage’  Why wouldn’t the nations rage for what God is doing across the land, what He is doing here in North Dakota, South Dakota and the Northern Plains, why wouldn’t the nations rage?  ‘And the people plot a vain thing.  The kings of the earth set themselves; the rulers take council together against the Lord and against His Anointed saying “Let us break their bonds to pieces and cast away their cords from us.”   Obviously that is not a laughing matter, but I love the next verse: ‘He Who sits in the Heavens shall laugh.”

I believe God is laughing, even though many of us have been worn out because the principalities and rulers of darkness have worn us down, (but) God is in the Heavens and He is laughing, and I believe He is excited for what is happening here in the plains, what is happening in South Dakota, what is happening in North Dakota and Lord, I just want to affirm that right now. In the Name of Jesus we acknowledge that You are sovereignly moving across the Northern Plains, that You are sovereignly moving across South Dakota.  And Lord I pray that in these hours together, in these hours as they gather here tonight and tomorrow morning, that the Word of the Lord would be heard clearly and purely.  I  pray for grace and anointing to rest upon your servants, to articulate the proceeding Word, that readiness would be in the hearts of these people, and I believe it is Father, that as it is deposited there it will bring forth great fruit, luscious fruit. God, that the nations – we ask for the nations, we ask for the reservations both in North Dakota and South Dakota, I join in that prayer.  But I speak blessings tonight from our friends to the north on behalf of them, to these friends to the south.  We speak blessings, Kingdom blessings be bestowed upon them, In Jesus Name.  Amen.  Amen.”

Chuck Pierce --  “You know, as we have gone from state to state, one of the things that propelled us forward was a word in October 2000.  I had finished writing a book called Future War of the Church, which was a book to explain what was coming to the Church, how militant Islam would arise, anti-Semitism would arise.  It was several things.  God just dropped a blackboard down in front of me and began to show me topic after topic.  And I asked the Lord, I said ‘Lord what is that?’ And He said “That is the future war of the Church.’ 

And one of the things that I do each quarter is write a prophetic profile of what I see the Lord doing right now in the Church and where He is taking us so that we can be focused in prayer.  And we were in a meeting like this in Oklahoma and in that meeting the Spirit of God fell out us, it was in October of 2000.  And He began to declare that war would be coming to the United States.  It was just an interesting word; it went out all over the Nation.  It began to create a lot of discussion, needless to say.  In the word, the Lord said He would be looking from state to state to state over how He would judge this nation.  He wouldn’t be just judging this nation because of various issues, but He would look at each state to see how the state responded in two areas.  The first area would be that of worship, and how would each state draw together and worship in their territory.  And if the state would worship, they would begin to overthrow powers and structures and thrones that had built up in their state.  Then He said the other thing that He was going to look at in our nation, state to state to state would be how we would deal with the issue of abortion in our state, and the innocent bloodshed in our states.  And if you have ever experienced abortion, it’s a very, very devastating thing, but yet there is great forgiveness for any time we are entrapped by the enemy.  But it was as if God was looking how would we take a stand in our states over that particular issue and because abortion is a worship issue.  It is the sacrifice of a child to a ruling spirit, named Molech.  And so the Lord was looking at that. 

Now, one of the things about South Dakota that I have found, been amazed at: You were on the verge of being the first state to fully overthrow that stronghold, yet some way or another, the enemy came in and you lost, it was like a door of opportunity over this land shut.  And I think probably because we don’t fully understand the strength of the powers and principalities that resist the next generation coming forth.  Yet it showed me that in South Dakota you could take on a national stronghold.  And so it showed me a strength about this state that you don’t see in a lot of other states.  It showed something very special about this state that God was pointing out.  And so with that, it brought a great excitement that perhaps there would be one state that would begin to topple things, and then it would be like a domino effect across our nation.  And when I am saying that, I am just saying the issue of us preserving the next generation that will rise up and carry on God’s purposes. 

And so, with that word I then wrote an article about how our nation would actually be in war by September 18, 2001.  That created more discussion.  Because it was so specific.  Matter of fact, I would have people stand up – I had one person stand up in the state of Mississippi and say, ‘You are leading the Body astray in America by telling us we are going to war.’  And I stood there behind the pulpit, it was a meeting of about 1500, and I just stood there quietly, and I stood there for a moment, because I remembered the last time I was in the state of Mississippi, I was speaking in a Baptist church there and the Ku Klux Klan surrounded the church.  And so now here was this guy really speaking to me in the midst of all these people, so I was sitting there for a moment thinking, ‘ You know Lord, I am not even sure I like this state.  I have more trouble every time I come here.  What is this?’  So I just stood there for a moment, and I said, ‘Brother, I will just say this, you will probably see this sooner than later.’  That was on September the 10th of 2001.  And then on September 11 we had the tragedy that we had that propelled us into a new era.

Now with that, there was a great burden that is upon us concerning our nation.  And it has propelled us to go from state to state to state rallying the Body of Christ’ calling forth the remnant; asking God to strengthen you; asking Hi to release faith in you; asking God to move you in a whole new way.  And because He spoke to both Dutch and I, and tomorrow I will be sharing some things that I know He’s shown me, particularly for this state.  But I was so thankful when He called on Pastor Dutch Sheets to come forth – and I don’t know of anyone that really carries the burden for our nation like Dutch does.  And as Steve was saying, we have written a lot, I have written Future War of the Church.  I’m sorry that these books are not here, perhaps they will come tomorrow, if not we will do something to make them available to you.

Then after 911, I wrote a book called Worship Warrior, because of the level of worship that it’s going to take to overthrow thrones of iniquity.  Also, my favorite book that I have ever written is called Possessing Your Inheritance because it shows us how to be restored so we can overthrow thrones of iniquity in our life.  It has one of the better chapters on breaking generational iniquity, because I had a lot.  And then the last book that was recently released this year is called Restoring your Shield of Faith, which I believe without faith, we can’t move forward.  But we do have a couple of books here on the prophetic.  One is When God Speaks, which explains dreams and visions for you, because God is going to start moving with us supernaturally like never before.  And The Best is Yet Ahead.  Now Pastor Dutch has written – how many of you have read— Intercessory Prayer.  Most of us here have read it.  Of course, he’s got Watchmen Prayer back there.  But one of the books that he has that I want to encourage you about is, right now we are on the verge of seeing a harvest come into our families.  And he’s written a book called How to Pray for Your Lost Loved Ones.  I really believe if we get under the burden for our families, we will see our states begin to change.  And then another book out there that is so important for the Body of Christ is Tell Your Heart to Beat Again.  And Dutch has some DVD’s out there.  One is How to Overthrow Jezebel, which I believe is so important as we move forward. 

And so, with that, it is our joy to be with you here.  God is looking at this state very closely.  This state has national influence in some ways.  And I believe God has gathered us here today and tomorrow so we can deal with certain issues here that will cause His anointing to permeate South Dakota in a supernatural way and you leave here knowing now to pray in a different dimension and we will watch God begin to move in this state in a whole new way.  So with that, I want you to just welcome Pastor Dutch Sheets to come speak to us tonight.”

Dutch Sheets:  “Good evening.  Well, How you doing out there?  I am okay up here; just want to make sure you are all right out there.  What do you want to do tonight?  I’ll go anywhere you want. 

I am really enjoying this journey.  I have not done anything like this 50 state tour before.  It’s been really a stretch for me.  One of the things the Lord told Chuck and me when we started this was we couldn’t just go do a familiar message.  We had to go and do the word of the Lord for that state.  In fact, He said, “If you just go do your latest, hottest an best, I won’t anoint it, I won’t bless it.  You have to hear that I have to say for that state.”  And so we are on 44, and we usually do three messages, sometimes two, but most of the time three messages per state, so we are up somewhere around 120 to 130 range.  Not one has been the same.  And I would say 99 percent of the messages I’ve done, I have never done them before, didn’t know what I was going to do until I got there, and most of the time, like tonight, get the message in the worship.  And so, we have honored that commitment to the Lord. 

It’s been hard, because I am a teacher—teachers study.  Teachers have 15 points, five pages of notes, Greek words, Hebrew words.  Teachers, if the anointing doesn’t show up, it doesn’t matter, they know where they are going anyway.  They don’t need the anointing, they just got information. 

In my roots, I am a teacher, so when the Lord gets me to a point where I am just a few minutes from being up to speak and don’t know where I am going, that’s about the most unnerving situation I could find myself in.  For prophets, it doesn’t matter because they never know where they are going anyway, and they don’t teach.  If they teach, you can’t follow them.  I mean, it’s just like, they just get up and wherever the wind is blowing, they go there.  Sometimes Chuck or some of these prophets are up speaking, they will go from one point to another, and I will think, ‘What’s the connection there?’  And then I realize most of the time there is none.”

Chuck:  “Wait a minute.  Let me say something before we go any further.  He did this in North Dakota, and I always try to be nice and everything.  We don’t have to know where we are going. We are already there.”

Dutch:  “I said to Chuck once, we were riding around my city.  I don’t know what we were doing, I think I wanted a word from God, and was trying to get him to give me one.  And we were riding, and I said, ‘You know, you guys, you prophets, everything you see is prophetic, everything you experience is prophetic, you know, you see a name on a truck of something, it’s prophetic.’  He said, ‘Yeah, that’s right, and that truck right there, that’s a word for you.’  Something about Harvest Bread or something. 

So we were up in Alaska.  And the Lord… I get there late, and just before service time, a couple of hours maybe, and Chuck’s been there a little while.  He’s met with the intercessors and prayed.  And we are having a little quick bite to eat before the service and He says, ‘What’s the Lord telling you for tonight?’  I said, ‘I don’t have anything yet.’  I said, ‘Why don’t you speak?’  I do this frequently, and He always says the same thing, ‘No, you go first, I’ll get mine while you are up there.’  And so I said, ‘Are you getting anything?’  And he said, ‘Yeah, I got an interesting prophecy today for Alaska.’  And I said, ‘What was it?’”  And he said, ‘The Lord said prophetically, Alaska is my Alpha and Omega state.’ 

I said, ‘What does that mean?’  He said, ‘I don’t know, but you need to speak on that tonight.’  I said, ‘I don’t have the foggiest idea what that means.’  Alpha and Omega state?  He says, ‘Well God will show you.’  He always says the same thing, ‘God will show you.’  I figure, you know, it didn’t matter what I said; nobody is going to know if it’s right. 

So during worship, I am just feverishly you know, writing and trying to come up with this and that.  It was quite a meeting.  Honestly, the Lord did give us some insight, didn’t he?  One of the things the Lord said to them was one of the most fascinating words I think that I can think of on this journey.  You know, if you go west from Alaska, you cross the International Date Line.  There is an island that is still part of Alaska that is on the other side of the International Date Line.  So when you cross that, you move forward into tomorrow.  But if you are on that island and you go eastward toward the mainland, you move forward into yesterday.  Alaska, geographically, has both the beginning and end of the day in it at the same time, so the Alpha and Omega is even pictured there symbolically.  In fact, Alaska has yesterday, today, and tomorrow in it all at once.  Because if you are on the mainland, over there it’s tomorrow.  And if you are over there, it’s yesterday, and where you are, it’s today. 

So I got up and started waxing eloquent on that and no one knew what I was talking about.  And what the Lord said to them was, among other things, ‘Tell Alaska that I said to move forward into yesterday, not move forward into tomorrow.’  And then He began to show us where every time God would try to move by His Spirit, and move them forward, there was an iniquitous pattern that would kick in, a stronghold, and they would, instead of moving forward, they would move right back into yesterday.  And it was just a cycle that was repeated over and over and over again.  Boy, you do that long enough and you are an old wineskin.  And God is trying to move by His Spirit, and you are 20 years behind what He’s been doing, because every time He tries to move you forward, you go right back into the old.  And so this meeting took on this real, real strong prophetic tone of breaking them loose from that and moving them into the current word of the Lord for them.  It was awesome. 

So we have had some incredible meetings.  Chuck is one of the most accurate prophets that I know, and he really tunes into the word of the Lord for America.  And when he gets these words about timing, and what God’s about to do, and it’s amazing to me to watch how this happens.  He prophesied once in Houston that there was coming this and that, and you will go into this 21 days of prayer, and then such and such is going to happen, and there will be a sign that comes to you, when you see fire on the water coming from the east.  Fire on water from the east.  Well they obey the Lord and do this prayer and fasting thing, and there’s a flood that comes and the river from the east rises and begins to flow into the city and along the way a gas line burst and then there’s fire on the water coming from the east.  Well, that’s pretty accurate, isn’t it?  So the whole city knew that they had heard from God and it was just a wonderful thing.  So he’s very accurate, and I just enjoy traveling and ministering with Chuck and I am really excited to hear what he’s going to say here.  Let’s pray and I will get into a short message.  I am not going to wear you out; I know what time it is.  I am going to shorten this to about an hour and a half.

Lord, we just ask you now to help us to be very focused and to clearly say what you want said.  We don’t need another good sermon.  We are so overfed anyway.  What we really need is to know what you are saying right now to South Dakota.  We want to get completely aligned with you, and we really don’t care about opinions or just what I think or anyone else thinks, we need to hear from you.  Now would you just take us into the vein of your Spirit, right now, where we really can clearly tune in to what you want.  Help us to just shut down every distraction, including our bodies, and help us to be a prophetic people, a corporate and prophetic anointing we need right now, so that we can all hear clearly what you want to say to us.  And then enable us to build on that for tomorrow.  Lord, we are all about breakthrough for this state.  Amen.

Second Samuel, chapter 5.  We are going to get breakthrough, by the way.  You know, we are just here for that reason.  God wouldn’t send us here if we couldn’t do that.  We are on a mission from the Lord, and He has honored that and He will honor it again tonight and tomorrow.  He will come through and there will be a corporate anointing, there will be a corporate gift of faith that comes, and we will move into corporate intercession, and by the time we finish here, South Dakota will be different.  And let me tell you something.  Now I know that in my spirit.  It’s not just a hope that I have.  I know that. 

By the time we leave here, South Dakota will be different.  And listen to me.  If South Dakota is different when we leave here, America’s going to be different.  Because I began to realize today that there is something about North and South Dakota that is very, very connected to what God wants to do in this nation.  And so we are going to get breakthrough, we are going to hear what God wants to do, we are going to pray what He says, and God is going to help us and when we see that happen, it’s going to do something for this nation.

Second Samuel 5 is the story of David who is about to enter into his destiny.  Now I don’t honestly know where I am going with all this tonight.  I am going to take my time, I’m not going to be long, but I’m going to take my time as I navigate through whatever I do, and we are going to just do our best to end up where the Lord wants us.  Let me just read a few verses:   Then all the tribes of Israel came to David at Hebron and said, "Behold, we are your bone and your flesh. 2 "Previously, when Saul was king over us, you were the one who led Israel out and in. And the LORD said to you, 'You will shepherd My people Israel, and you will be a ruler over Israel.'" 3 So all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and King David made a covenant with them before the LORD at Hebron; then they anointed David king over Israel.  [NASB]

Before David was king over all the nation, he was king over a portion, a small portion of Israel for seven years.  During that seven years, he ruled at Hebron.  Hebron is a place that I got on this morning in North Dakota.  And the Lord led me into some passages that were, I think, very symbolic of what He wants to do here.  I didn’t know that ‘Dakota’ meant ‘friend.’  But the Lord took me down a path in my message and I kind of got stuck on this place, Hebron.  Not from this reference, but from the reference in Joshua when Caleb took his city.  Remember when Caleb went into the Promised Land and saw that city upon a hill and said, ‘I want that, that’s mine.’  And then 40 years later, 45 years later, Joshua gave it to him.  Well that city was Kiriath-arba, which means ‘the city of Arba.’  Arba was the name of a giant.  And in fact it says, he was the greatest of all the giants.  And so he was the biggest and the baddest and he had this stronghold on the highest point in all of Israel.  The symbolism there is just amazing.  The very high place, this biggest and baddest and – probably the most demonized of them all – man settled up there.  Well Caleb wanted it, Caleb took it, and Caleb changed the name to Hebron, which means ‘friendship.’ 

So a stronghold of giants became a place meaning ‘Dakota.’  I didn’t know; I didn’t make that connection when I got stuck there on Hebron and we started talking about taking a stronghold of giants and turning it into Hebron.  How did I get there?  I am doing a little review on this, and I will finish reading this in a minute, because I feel there is such a connection between North and South Dakota.  And you can’t really separate this. 

Later in this chapter, David goes up against the Philistines at a place called the Valley of Rephaim.  And rephaim means the ‘Valley of Giants.’  But the Lord had told me, ‘I’m going to heal North Dakota.’  Well, the same root word for giant, ‘rephaim -- Valley of Giants,’ is also the word in the Old Testament for healing.  And it’s funny; I went into how they got there, and I don’t want to take the time to do that tonight, but it’s a real incredible picture of how the Lord takes what is a stronghold of giants and turns it into a stronghold of life; a place of refuge; a place of healing; a place of strength.  We went to some references:  a place of hope.  He turned it into a city that means ‘friendship with God.’  And I see all this as incredibly prophetic picture, symbolic for us of what He wants to do in the Dakotas.

I told Chuck tonight, and I will get back to my text and we will finish reading it in a minute, but I told Chuck tonight, one of the things I realize since I have been here, and please don’t take this as some kind of an insult because it’s not, it’s not about you, but what I discerned since I’ve been here is this is one of the major strongholds of the nation, demonically.  One of the strong men over our nation lives here, and I don’t know that any other way but by the spirit.  In this region, probably not just this state.  So some of you wondered why you have struggled so much.  Well, there is a great war over this turf.  Now God wants to take it back, and He’s going to.  And it is not just about you; it’s about you and this nation.  God cannot do in this nation what He wants to do until we deal with this here. 

So, here we go. Let me back up again.  This stronghold of giants became Hebron, a ‘place of friendship.’  And I am not saying God put all that in the Bible for the Dakotas, I’m not that naive and deceived.  What I am saying is that he very sovereignly led me to all of this without me even knowing what Dakota means, so I could paint a picture in the Spirit for them, and then people start shouting at me this morning, ‘Did you know Dakota means friend?’  I said, no, which makes it much more credible, doesn’t it? 

So David ruled there first, he ruled from Hebron, and then the rest of the nation came and did what they should have done seven years ago.  They said, ‘You know, David, you really are supposed to be king.  The prophet told us that a long time ago, and so we want you to be king over the whole nation.’  David was 30 years old when he became king that was over Hebron and then 37, he became king over the entire nation. 

5 At Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years over all Israel and Judah.  6 Now the king and his men went to Jerusalem…

He said, now after he’s anointed to be king over the whole nation, he heads for Jerusalem:  against the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land, and they said to David, ‘You shall not come in here, but the blind and lame will turn you away’ thinking [to themselves], ‘David cannot enter here.’  Now there is a lot of symbolism here, and I don’t normally get quite this weird.  I leave that to this man.  But Jebusites, “Jebusite” means, the name of the city, Jerusalem, ‘Jebus,’ because the Jebusites live there, and ‘Jebusite’ means ‘trodden down or tread down, or tread underfoot or to loathe something.’  And I was just amazed when our brother said tonight that the Lord showed him, what did you say, this word ‘disparagement,’ and you said it meant to belittle.  And the Lord showed you that over this state.  Is that right?

Now I am going through this passage and I am thinking now, there’s something about this Hebron passage, there’s something about a stronghold here in this state, and I can’t get away from this passage, and I am looking over at Chuck, and I am saying this stronghold thing, and I am going to this passage, then I said, ‘Lord, what is Jebusite thing?’  Isn’t it interesting that the former name of Jerusalem where David ruled after he ruled at ‘Friendship,’ the place where he ruled means essentially the same thing the Lord told our brother.

And again, I am not saying that God put all that in the Bible for us now to paint a picture of the Dakotas, but what I am trying to say is God is leading us down a path to show us something very clearly about what is going on in this state and what He wants to do.  Because when David, we will keep reading in a minute, but when David captures this Jebus and this downtrodden place, that means loathed, belittled, he gives it the name Jerusalem, and also the name ‘Zion.’  Does anybody know what Zion means?  Zion means conspicuous.  He takes this place that means ‘trampled down, belittled, under feet,’ and he says, now, God has transformed this place and turned it into what it’s supposed to be, and so I am going to call it, not just Jerusalem, I’m going to call it the ‘Conspicuous High Place of God in the Earth.’

I have not said this before.  I’m going to tell you right now, God is going to do something.  I have not said this in any other state.  God is going to do something so unusual and so remarkable in North and South Dakota.  He is so going to reverse the stronghold and take it back and establish His presence here that instead of being belittled and disparaged, you are going to be a very conspicuous place, known as a stronghold of the Lord Jesus. 

Now, that’s good isn’t it?  You are a Hebron in the spirit.  You are to be a place that is friendly to Him.  We are going to see, and this is what has to happen here, you are going to be a place that takes a stronghold of giants, because there are giants in this land, I’m just going to tell you right now.  You can call them strongman, principalities, you can call it a stronghold, but I’m telling you right now, there are giants in this land, and God is going to help us.  And by the power of His Spirit, we may not get it all done tonight.  I’m not trying to imply that it’s all going to be over, but I’m telling you right now, we are on a track and you are on a track, and God is going to so transform this region that instead of being a stronghold of giants, that is belittled, that is trodden down, that is disparaged, you are going to truly be a place, a Hebron, a place that represents friendship with God, and you are going to be conspicuous because of the presence of the Lord.  It’s no wonder that the enemy fought this so much, and I am really struggling with how much to go into this, because I don’t want to wear you out tonight.  And I am not asking you, that’s not what I am doing, so I am not begging you to coax me on.  I am not dropping hints; I am just trying to discern where I am supposed to go and how much I am supposed to do. 

But this is a do or die point for David.  David realizes, and I’ve been asking the Lord, ‘How did he know to go to Jerusalem?  What about this city?’  And I think I have a key here for us in a minute.  Because there is no place where I can find where it says, ‘The spirit of the Lord said to David, move the capital to Jerusalem.’  I can’t find anything that tells me that.   Now I have always been fascinated.  Why did he choose this place?  I mean it’s obvious it’s a real, anybody have the impression that Jerusalem is important in the earth to God?  Hello!  I mean we are still fighting over it, right?  It’s still the hub, the focal point.  It seems like everything in the earth, this little old city over in the Middle East is still a war zone. 

But somehow David knew ‘I’m supposed to be there’.  And as soon as he decides ‘I’m going to go there’, the principalities in the land, the giants, they rose up and they said, ‘You are not coming in here.’  And that’s exactly what they said.  They said, ‘You are not coming in here.’  It’s like for us, here’s what they are saying:  ‘Now we have come here, and we have begun to announce what God’s about to do in North and South Dakota.’ 

We made some declarations tonight, and we have begun to speak to the First Nations People, the lands and it’s just a real key to what God wants to do.  But you know what?  The enemy is saying, ‘You are not taking this land, you are not going to have it.’  And so there is and will be war over this.  We will just win.  It’s not complicated is it?  We will just win.  We will do what David did; we will win.  The enemy is trying to keep him from establishing this place as a stronghold.  It became, I don’t want to take the time; you can read this later.  It came to be called a stronghold.  You see, David went up to the stronghold.  It was his Masada, that’s the Hebrew word.  He went up to the stronghold and he captured it, and he named it the Conspicuous Place because I’ve overcome the stronghold of giants and I have established the presence of God up on that mountain, and God is now worshipped up there.  Now, why was this place so important?  Well I don’t know.  Here’s what I think.  I am just kind of drifting along here with you okay.  I have never done this message before; I don’t know what I’m doing.  Give me a break, will you? 

Genesis 14, this place is mentioned.  And it’s called Salem.  And it’s where Melchizedek lived, this type of Christ.  And I think the Lord wants Jerusalem, Zion, to be the capital; I think He was planning it way back in Genesis when Melchizedek was there, because Melchizedek was such a type of Christ.  And there’s something, Lord help me to do this right, because I’m really trying hard to navigate by the Spirit up here, okay, and I feel like we are communicating well, okay, I am not bothered by anything, I am just, I’ve never done this before, I didn’t have time to lay it out clearly and just point after point.  This is as fresh for me as it is for you.  Hopefully, it’s not overcooked or spoiled or something.  This is the first mention in Genesis 14, when Abraham has his encounter with Melchizedek; it’s the first mention of God as the Most High God.  He’s called the Most High God four times in this passage, El Elyon.  Then He’s called the Most High God, the Possessor of Heaven and Earth.  What is God trying to do here in Genesis 14?  And I am going to bring it back to this Samuel passage, and Jerusalem and this whole thing in a minute.  What is He trying to do?  Well, He’s making a declaration here.  This passage pictures the cross, Mr. Melchizedek, Jesus, is going to come later and fulfill all this.  Melchizedek brought out the bread and the wine, and he served it to Abraham, and then he blessed him.  And you don’t see that happening again until the night before the cross in scripture.  You won’t find the bread and the wine administered again in the Bible until the night before the cross, when Mr. Melchizedek takes the bread and the wine and serves the disciples. 

And of course, Melchizedek was a Canaanite king, which means he was cursed.  Now just follow the symbolism very carefully.  Cursed be Canaan, Genesis 9 says.  Melchizedek was a Canaanite king, so here is a king that represents a cursed land and a cursed people giving a blessing to Abraham.  Well how could he be a type of Christ?  Because he’s a picture of Christ taking the curse for us, and blessing us.  So all this was fulfilled when Jesus comes along, and he didn’t say, “I’m Mr. Melchizedek,” but he was.  He took the bread and the wine and he served it to them, and then we are told in Galatians that he took the curse for us and gave us the blessing of Abraham.   So, when Melchizedek blessed Abraham, a cursed king blessed Abraham, it’s a picture of our Jesus taking the curse for us and giving us the blessing of Abraham.  Does that make sense? 

But in this picture of that, he announces that God is the Most High God, Possessor of Heaven and Earth.  What is the Lord saying there?  He’s making His announcement shortly after the fall, early in Genesis, He’s doing this, He’s letting Satan know that you tried to take over heaven and exalt yourself to the place of the Most High.  So you wanted to be the Most High, you wanted to be the Most Conspicuous.  And so I kicked you out of heaven, because there’s only one Most High, because if you have two Most Highs, you don’t have a Most High, you have a tie for Most High.  So there can only be one Most High, and it’s Me, the Lord says.  So I kicked you out of heaven, and what does He say here when says, ‘I’m the Most High God, Possessor of Heaven and Earth’?  He’s saying, He’s making a declaration right here in this passage to Satan when he puts this hidden picture of the cross, that nobody even knew He was doing it, until centuries later, but when He hides this picture of the cross here, He was saying, “I am the Most High God, Possessor of Heaven and Earth.  You couldn’t have heaven and you can’t have earth.”   

Now that’s real important for what I want to say tonight.  Because Genesis 14 is all about.  But as king of this city upon a hill that’s one day going to be called Jerusalem, he takes this king and he paints this picture and this king makes this announcement, ‘He is the El Elyon, Most High God, Possessor of Heaven and Earth.’  And God is saying, ‘You couldn’t have heaven, you can’t have earth, it belongs to me, and no matter what you try to do to this city, no matter how you try to take it over, it’s always going to be Zion as far as I am concerned.  It’s always going to be a conspicuous place where I rule; in fact, one day I’m going to make it just to show you that I can do what I say I’m going to do, I will make it the capital of all the earth.’  That’s pretty wild when you think about it.

So we go through this process of history, and it changes hands and there’s this war over this place, and finally David gets anointed king, and he says, ‘You know what?  I think that’s supposed to be the capital up there, back there where Melchizedek blessed our granddaddy.  So I am going to take this place.’  Here we go.  These spirits say, ‘You’re not coming in here.  We have exalted ourselves to this most high place, and you can’t have it back.’  And why did I do all that?  Because it’s exactly what’s happening here.  There’s a war over this place.  And the Lord is saying, ‘It’s mine.  These Hills are mine, the wealth is mine, these mountains are mine.  It’s all mine.  Now you have come along, and you’ve beaten down people, and you’ve made it a stronghold of demonic powers through covenant breaking and shedding of innocent blood, idolatry, but I am going to tell you right now, I’m going to establish it again as My Stronghold and I am going to make it a conspicuous place of My Presence.’ 

And now these forces are saying, ‘No you’re not, you are not coming in here.’  Well, we are coming.  I didn’t come all this way and do 43 states, just to stop when I get here and say, ‘Okay, we won’t come in, you can have it.’  We are going to take it. 

And the Jebusites who have trodden you down, made it a disparaged place.  You know, you ought to be number one, really.  Wealth, beauty, you ought to be Zion, you ought to be conspicuous; and you are in the spirit.  I’m telling you, you are in the spirit.  There’s something about this state.  In fact, if we don’t get this done, we don’t rule.  This is what was happening with David here.  He either takes that city of everything is a failure. 

If we don’t get breakthrough in South Dakota, we don’t get the nation.  I don’t know for sure how I know that, I just know it.  We’re going to get this stronghold broken, and this strong man defeated. 

Lord, show me what to do here now.  What do you want to say and do at this point, Lord?  Let me just move through a couple of other things quickly. Then we will transition here.  Do you feel like you are following me so far?  Do you feel what I feel?  I don’t know if you do or not, but I just feel this really heavy… something, and I don’t mean oppressive.  And I hope you don’t think that we just go from state to state trying to just build them all up and say ‘Oh, you’re really important and if we don’t get breakthrough here it’s gonna impact the nation.  We gotta have…’  We don’t do that.  I turned to Chuck tonight and I said There’s something about this state.  There is a strongman here, and there is a stronghold here, but it is supposed to be a key place for the nation and if we don’t get this dealt with, we don’t get revival in America.

David, and if we were to read all this passage – and we’re not going to.  David takes this city, and then Philistines come against him. We talked about this, this morning in North Dakota as well.  They come against him in the Valley of the Giants, and he defeats them there, but he names the place where they defeat the Philistines in the Valley of the Giants, he names the place ‘Baal-perazim, the Lord, or the Master of breakthrough.  God broke through for me.’  I feel that’s a word for you, God is coming to break through for South Dakota. 

It’s almost, the gods of the land, the baals, are almost mocked here by God and David.  It’s one of the few places in scripture where God refers to himself as Baal; because the term baal in and of itself means ‘lord or master’.  And so these Canaanites worshipped Baal, and so you know, it’s like they stole the word for master or lord, and they defiled it so they couldn’t use this word much, you won’t find it used hardly at all in the Old Testament to talk about God, because it would be too confusing.  But David comes along here and I believe, by the Spirit of God, it’s almost like the Lord is saying, ‘You know what, once you take this place, and we reverse the stronghold here, and instead of becoming a stronghold of darkness, it becomes a stronghold of light, then we are just going to just… I want you to just call it Baal-Perazim, God of the Breakthrough.   In other words, I want everybody to know that Baal is not really the master, I AM.  And I want everybody to know that I Am not afraid to call myself by that name, because no matter what he tries to steal of Mine, I AM the Most High God, Possessor of Heaven and Earth, Canaan belongs to me, not Baal, the gods of the earth are idols, they are just pieces of wood and stone that represent demons, but I just want you to know that I AM really the Master.  So call it Baal-Perazim, the Lord of the Breakthroughs.’

It’s almost like He’s --  I know God’s mocking this spirit when He does this.  Someone read the verse earlier in Psalm 2, about when all these people say, ‘He’s not going to rule over us,’ and then the verse says, ‘He who sits in the heavens laughs.’  He scoffs at them.  And it’s almost like the Lord is doing that here, He’s saying, ‘I want them to know that there is no baal that they think is Baal, I AM Baal, I AM God, I AM Master.’  So David calls it the God of the Breakthrough. 

And here’s I think where I want to go and finish.  When David gets these strongholds captured and he sets up Jerusalem as the capital city, Conspicuous Place, no longer downtrodden, no longer belittled, no longer trampled under feet, but the City of the Most High God.  ‘Okay, (he said,) now the next thing I want is, I want His presence here.  If I am going to rule from Jerusalem, I want the ark back.’  And you go into this fascinating story about the recovery or the bringing of the ark of the Lord’s presence back, well not back, it wasn’t here before, it was moved around from place to place.  But he wants to set it up here in Jerusalem. 

And so you know the story.  They try to put it on a new cart, and when they get to the threshing floor of Ornan; isn’t it interesting, he was a Jebusite.  That’s something…You reckon that demon was still trying to stir things up?  That tried to keep David out in the first place, these Jebusites?  You reckon that principality, that that’s why this thing was shaken?  You reckon that principality was trying to tip over the ark of God’s presence?  I have never seen that before in my life, this connection, but I guarantee you that’s what was happening.  I love it when I get this revelation.  I guarantee you that’s what was happening.  Guess I might as well go read it.  Yeah, we will look at it later.  I hope I have my facts right.  Regardless, that’s not where I was going. 

When this ark begins to tip, then the Lord kills Uzzah, who reached out to touch it to steady it, and the Lord smote him.  And David was terrified, and said, ‘You know, we will stop this right now.’  Then they waited for a while.  David called the place Perez Uzzah, instead of ‘Master of Breakthrough;’ he called this place the ‘Breakthrough of Uzzah,’ because there the Lord broke through against him.  And they waited a little while, and they got their plans and instructions right, and then they brought the ark back.  And of course there was great rejoicing, and great dancing, and celebration because the glory returned.

And I think what the Lord wants to say to us tonight is that He wants to bring glory back to this place.  He wants His name to be glorified here.  He wants to take a stronghold of giants and turn it into a stronghold for Him.  He wants to take that which Satan has infiltrated through curses and defilement and He wants to turn it into something that is a place from which He can conspicuously display His glory.  See the Ark of the Covenant in Jerusalem, a high place, once ruled by giants, and see the glory of God there now.  And when you see that, you see what He wants to do here.  ‘I want to take the strongholds and turn them into a place where I can conspicuously display My glory, My mercy, My pleasure.’ 

Lord, I believe you want to turn the Dakotas into a stronghold of righteousness.  You are going to heal these reservations, you are going to heal the land, you are going to break off every curse, you are going to transform that which Satan has come and trampled down and belittled, and disparaged, and made a place that where it should be a place from which you rule, he has turned it into something that has been trampled under feet; but you are going to set up a throne here, a stronghold of righteousness. And you are going to rule from here.  It is going to be known that God lives in the Dakotas.  It is going to be known that they are a place where intimacy with God is enjoyed.  It is going to be known that God, the Most High God, lives here.  And that He is the Possessor of all the Earth.  So we just want to decree right now that God owns North and South Dakota.  He owns the Dakotas. 

This place later where....just keep praying, just keep focus with me.  I knew I was trying to focus on this Ornan the Jebusite; this was where when the land was being cursed, the Lord told David to offer the sacrifice at this threshing floor, and it became a picture of the cross, and some say it’s the very place, it’s where the temple was later built and some say it was the very place where Calvary became.  God ultimately took this stronghold of the Jebusites and used it, it said, “That’s where I will display my power at the cross.” 

Now I know He was trying to show me something.  I want to tell you right now, God is going to take this stronghold of giants, North and South Dakota, and He is going to transform it into something from which He is going to demonstrate the power of His cross.  He is going to so transform this place into a place of life, it is going to become a very vivid picture of where the curse of destruction is transformed by the power of the cross into a place of life, a very conspicuous place, a city set on a hill, no longer forsaken, but called merry, set apart unto God.  My places of friendship.  Now let’s just lay hold of that for a minute.  I know when I get it, and I just got it. 

We decree that the Dakotas are places where the cross of Jesus is manifested.  We declare the shed blood of Jesus now.  The power of the cross is invading South Dakota, North Dakota, and that every stronghold of giants is going to be saturated with the cleansing, healing power of the blood of Jesus that was shed in Jerusalem, that used to be a stronghold of giants, that was a down-trodden place, where giants ruled and later ultimately became the place where all the sin of all the earth of all of eternity was washed away.  We say that the Dakotas are going to picture that.  They are going to picture a place where the strong man was torn down, and the strongholds of darkness were destroyed, and the very power to transform became so conspicuous and so obvious that God began to rule there, and it became a stronghold of life for America.

Chuck Pierce:  “Let’s just stand up;  let’s begin to pray for a moment.  Now if you pray in the Spirit, pray in the Spirit.  If not, just begin to praise God for what He’s saying, and what He’s going to be doing. 

‘And I would say to you, I am bringing a reversal in this state, sayeth the Lord.  I am going to begin to cause amongst you, someone to rise up and I am going to bring them into the ultimate leadership of this state.  For you have come close to breakthrough, but you have not broken through.  And I say even tonight, I am setting the course for breakthrough, sayeth the Lord.  I say I am going to be exalting one who not only will govern this state, but from the governments of this state, I say you will begin to rule a nation, sayeth the Lord.  So I would say to you, even in the midst of this state, there will come one who will legislate this land, sayeth the Lord.

And I would say to you, I am going to go into the low place of this state, and even bring a surprise move of myself.  I say from the low place of this state, from the low place of this state, I will begin to cause the movement of my presence to begin to move outward into the state, and from in the state, it will move into this particular land and affect this nation.  I say I will go into Pine Ridge and I will begin to move in an unexpected, surprising way.  I say I will draw the eyes of this nation into Pine Ridge, sayeth the Lord. 

And I would say even though leviathan has twisted and changed and even caused words to come from this state and this land that would send the nation in a wrong way, I would say to you, I will break the power of leviathan in this state, sayeth the Lord.

For the eye of the enemy has been watching from this state to control a nation, sayeth the Lord.  But I would say to you, even tonight, my eye has come down upon this state, and I am now watching this state and I am watching the enemy in this state, sayeth the Lord.  I say, no longer will that which has been working, that which has been hidden, be able to hide from me, sayeth the Lord.  I would say to you, now is the time that I will begin to cause My pavement, the pavement for My throne, to arise within this state.  I say there will be three cities in this state that will experience a great move of my spirit, and from the move of my spirit, it will be seen and heard throughout this entire land.  I would say to you, not any would have thought I would have watched after South Dakota, but I say My eye is upon you and from this place the nation will begin to be legislated, sayeth the Lord.’”

Dutch Sheets:  “Thank you, Lord.  Let’s just pray some of that.  I like to sometimes take these prophetic words and begin to decree and pray.  Lord, I decree, and we declare, in the name of Jesus, that the spirit of leviathan that has controlled, manipulated, distorted, taken truth and deceived with it, and strangled the moves of God, we just declare, based on your word tonight, that that spirit is being exposed and dealt with, and no longer will that spirit rule this land.  It has said ‘the Lord is not coming in,’ it has said, ‘David is not coming in,’ it has said ‘The rule of God is not coming into this state,’ but we say, that according to the word of God and now the prophetic word of the Lord, that spirit is being driven out of this state, that it will no longer rule, and it will no longer have influence over the people of God, it will no longer control, it will no longer defile the land.  It will no longer influence from here to Washington D.C. 

We pray the motto of this state is ‘Under God the People Rule.’  The motto, the state motto, on your seal, is that ‘Under God, the People Rule.’  We say that according to the very slogan, ‘One Nation Under God,’ that this is the state that decrees that that is so.  And that that is trying to be robbed from us as a nation, that we will not be one nation under God, we say that South Dakota plays a role, because South Dakota has a statement that says, ‘Under God the People Rule.’  So we say from this state there will go forth a decree of the Lord.  There will go forth a Governing Spirit of God, a governing decree that will reverse the effects of the enemy that has tried to steal from God the glory due His name in this land, and we say that South Dakota and the strength that is here in this state and the decree that is in this state will go forth from this state, and the people of God will rule under God for this state and for this nation.”

Chuck Pierce:  “So, Father, we say from South Dakota let the grassroots movement amongst the people in South Dakota begin that will influence this entire land.  Father, we say, let Your Spirit begin to move in a grassroots movement across this state and let it begin to flood and jar this entire land.  We say, let the grassroots movement begin.” 

Dutch Sheets:  “And we just declare and decree that the Spirit of the Lord is coming to these nine reservations.  Just get with me on this one, will you?  We have touched on this, we have gone there, we have made declarations.  I want to do it one more time.  You guys go right ahead and worship, start playing if you would.  Just worship in the spirit.  But I just decree right now, in Jesus’ name, that the Spirit of God is coming to visit the Native People of this state and North Dakota.  There is going to be an outpouring of the Spirit of God that comes to this region, and it is going to flow through all of these reservations until that spirit of leviathan that has ruled there is completely driven out.  The spirit of death that has ruled, the spirit that has tried to strangle them and steal and kill and destroy, tried to shame, and tried to take from them their inheritance, we say that yes, there has been something reserved for those people, and they will rise up and begin to be seen as a people of God, as a blessed people, as a people visited by the very Spirit of the Lord, and there will be a move of God’s Spirit that will be key to what He wants to do in this entire state.

So I say, begin to sow into these regions, these places.  Begin to give your money, your time, your prayers, your declarations.  Go to them and worship with them, do everything you can to partner with them, because a part of what God wants to do in this land will begin there, the Lord says. 

Pray in the spirit with me, will you?  I don’t want to stop until I am sure we are finished.

I feel like we just tried to do, that we need, I am going to have to pray it again.  I feel like you have to get in agreement with me on this.  Okay?  We are going to break that spirit of death over these reservations.  There is some reason that the enemy has so tried to suppress; I have felt for years that much of the revival that was coming to America, that the Native American people – I have worked with Jean Stephenson and some others toward this, I feel like they are a great key for this, and that they will, I have known that this outpouring of the Spirit of God that comes, that they will not be left out. There have been other revivals that they have just been left out, not by God, but somehow, I don’t know, we just need to get there.  But the Lord has told me for years, He’s going to pour out His Spirit and there is coming another awakening, and they are part of it, and they are going to be visited in a very amazing way by the Spirit of God.

Now, let’s get in agreement again, and you go there with me, and let’s begin to decree, in Jesus’ name, that the leviathan thing that has tried to strangle and suppress and push them down, is being broken, and the spirit of death is being replaced now by a Spirit of life.  And they are going to be visited by the Lord Jesus Christ and that which has stolen, killed, and destroyed, and brought curse after curse, is being broken off of them, and there is a move, a wave, a wind of the Spirit that is coming, that is going to be greater than anything Satan could ever do to stop it.  And it is going to literally invade. It is going to break poverty, it’s going to break death, it’s going to break destruction, it’s going to break idolatry off, it is going to bring life and blessing, in Jesus’ name.  We decree it over them now, and we say:  We bless you, in the name of the Lord.  Take your rightful place in this nation as leaders. Take your rightful place of blessing.  Take your rightful place as First Nation Hosts of this land.  We love you, we need you, we bless you.  We can’t receive our inheritance without you.  We cannot receive our destiny as a nation without you.”

Steve Hickey:  “Ever read the Bible and put your name in places?  Let it speak to you?  There’s eleven verses that I am going to insert a name. 

¹ ‘Son of man, prophesy to the [Paha Sapa, meaning Black Hills of the Great Sioux Nation] and say, O [Black Hills of the Great Sioux Nation], hear the word of the LORD . ² This is what the Sovereign LORD says: The enemy said of you, "Aha! The ancient heights have become our possession." ' ³ Therefore prophesy and say, This is what the Sovereign LORD says: “Because they ravaged and hounded you from every side so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations and the object of people's malicious talk and slander, ⁴ therefore, O [Paha Sapa of the Great Sioux Nation], hear the word of the Sovereign LORD : This is what the Sovereign LORD says to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys, to the desolate ruins and the deserted towns that have been plundered and ridiculed by the rest of the nations around you- ⁵ this is what the Sovereign LORD says: In my burning zeal I have spoken against the rest of the nations, and against all [of them], for with glee and with malice in their hearts they made my land their own possession so that they might plunder its pastureland.' ⁶ Therefore prophesy concerning the land of [the Great Sioux Nation] and say to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys: This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I speak in my jealous wrath because you have suffered the scorn of the nations. ⁷ Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I swear with uplifted hand that the nations around you will also suffer scorn.

 

⁸But you, O [Black Hills of the Great Sioux Nation], will produce branches and fruit for my people [the Great Sioux Nation], for they will soon come home. ⁹ I am concerned for you and will look on you with favor; you will be plowed and sown, ¹⁰ and I will multiply the number of people among you, even the whole house…. The towns will be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt. ¹¹ I will increase the number of men and animals upon you, and [you] will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am the LORD.”’

Amen.  Amen.  Take that word back, Gabe.  That comes out of Ezekiel 36.  Tonight we are just going to send you into a season of rest…  We are not done; I think we are about half way into what God would have for us here.  That was Ezekiel 36, pray it.  And those of you who are hearing from the Lord, we have had a few people come up to us even tonight and say, “The Lord showed me a vision on the way here, you need to hear it, and I’m telling you, it’s been relevant.”  It may or may not come out, but we want to hear about.  I want you to write it down and give it to me.  I do not promise that we are going to proclaim it from the rooftops, but we need the Lord to speak, and want to release you in your gifting in this tonight.” 

Tuesday June 29 9:00 a.m. session

Steve Hickey:  “Well good morning.  We’re glad that you are here today.  I woke up today and I just was so thankful for every person here.  Here’s the thing.  I was thinking, Lord, when I see a mouse in my house, I know there are ten more somewhere, right?  And when I look at you, I know this is a week day morning.  Don’t you people work?  I mean, you are the people I think that have sacrificed, and God has called to go back as a carrier and there’s many more where you came from, right?  That’s the truth.  And God is bringing us together, and I say more and more and more.  It says in Romans 1, Chapter 11, the Apostle Paul says ‘I come to you and encourage you, but it’s mutual encouragement.  You are such a great encouragement to me.’  And that’s how I feel about you this morning.  I want to say thank you Lord for each person that’s here, and for all the flavors that are here.  You know it’s going to take all the flavors to reach this state for Jesus Christ. 

We stopped at the border of the states of North and South Dakota when we came in to the state.  We had communion and we had prayer.  There’s a sign there that says this is the ‘Land of Infinite Variety.’  And I thought, you now what, that’s what it’s going to be.  It’s going to take infinite variety in the Body of Christ to reach this region, and God is going to raise up infinite variety and do an incredible thing in the nation.  So I am just so encouraged by all of you.  Why don’t you shake one another’s hand, make sure you know each other’s names and where you are at.  I want to make a couple of announcements and you can be seated.  Okay, why don’t you grab a seat, I want to give a couple of announcements…

Well, was last night a blessing to you?  Yeah, yes.  And if it is a blessing to you, you need to go take it to the other nine that you represent, right.  Something about nine.  Nine reservations, nine is the number of the Holy Spirit.  Just take it out.  I don’t mean to compare you to mice, but if it works, it works.  This is how you take it home.  We have a team in here from Washington State that has been coming to the 50-state tour in the various states.  They are specially recording this so that it can get back into the churches in a powerful format that you can use, and specifically DVD, audio tapes, video and CDs, that kind of thing.  They are now all ready to purchase back there if you would like to take a set of those home, it would be I think a very important thing to do. They also have sets from previous conferences. 

Here’s what’s going on.  All these books out here --- these guys, I don’t think need to sell a bunch of books to feed their families, but what is going on is God is bringing into this region revelation and understanding.  He is raising the water level, do you understand.  And this stuff is very strategic right now for the Body of Christ worldwide.  And so I really encourage you to invest in this and share it with your church, the various things that are important, and I think Chuck is going to mention a few more.  But four books were not here last night and they were not in North Dakota because there was a glitch in getting them here, but we have had them Federal Expressed to us this morning and I want you to know that The Future War of the Church – which is a very important book – “How We Can Defeat Lawlessness and Bring God’s Order to the Earth (Subt)” is there.  Also Possessing Your Inheritance about the covenant relationship we have with God. 

Worship Warrior is out there.  How many of you have read Worship Warrior?  That is a very important book, I hope that you read that, buy a copy for your worship leader. 

Restoring Your Shield of Faith is also a very, very important book.  Doesn’t that book, Chuck, have something on deferred hope?  Okay, how many of you know about deferred hope?  We know about that in this region.  I want to tell you my own personal testimony with deferred hope. You hear the Lord speak to you on something and then an extended period of time goes by before anything comes of that, and you just hold on in faith and hope is deferred, and when hope is deferred – Chuck teaches on this – some things happen.  You start to get weary in hope deferred, okay and weariness can turn into another level, I think Chuck calls it wavering, you know ‘did He say this to me, or did He not say this to me?’ And then I think you know what happens with hope deferred, it makes the heart sick, is what the Bible says. Isn’t that in Proverbs?  What is that, Proverbs 14, somebody tell me.  Proverbs 14.  So that is a very important passage.  So we believe the Lord has given us great promise for this state, and so we are going to press into that.  Restoring Your Shield of Faith. 

One of the things that is going to happen in this state is that the faith level is just going to rise.  You know, we are going to see…Did you  know we had a resurrection in the state last year?  Some of you don’t even believe that happens; perhaps you do.  But last fall, maybe last summer, down by Milk’s Camp, Bonesteel, SD, one of our Native brothers cast a spirit of death off a man and he got up.  The doctor was there.   Amen! 

So the Lord is working in power and these are very important books for us.  Here is a review of what – there were many things said last night, but I want to pray just a couple of them as we begin.   A major stronghold over our Nation is entrenched here.  Did you hear that?  There is an inherent strength here to take on that national stronghold.  That was so encouraging to me.  Dutch, you brought that forth about the abortion battle that we went into, but there is a strength here and it is going to build and we will win.  I heard that! I heard that!  That God would slay our giants and display the Power of the Cross.  That came forth in some incredible revelation on the spot.  A lot of time that happens in the pastors’ study, you don’t even see that going on, but we saw that going on last night, and I think Dutch was trying to keep up with it, as the Lord was revealing it.  And then, we are as Hebron, and you remember what Hebron means:  Friend, friendship, a place of friendship with God.  Amen?  Dakota, Dakota.  Let’s pray. 

Let’s stand up and worship.  Let’s warm this up, just pray to the Lord and call out to Him right now.  Thank you, Lord, we ask that You come into this place.  Heavenly Father, we are desperate for You this morning.  We have a great anticipation in our spirits this morning for You to speak and be an encouragement and to challenge and rebuke, whatever comes forth this morning Father, from You, we want to receive, because we want to go to another level.  We ask, God, that You would encourage our strength, that you would stir it up, the strength to take on the stronghold.  We declare that we will win and Father that the power of the Cross will be displayed.  That we will enter into our destiny as a place of friendship with God.  This is a covenant land, God and we know that there has been a covenant-breaking spirit that permeated this land historically and is manifest in marriages today, it is manifest in racial division unlike in other parts of the country.  It has hurt the children, it has hurt the next generation, and we say today ‘You are coming down.’  And God you are going to do a new thing today.  We worship you and we welcome you into this place.  We begin today’s warfare with worship.  Let’s worship the Lord.” 

 Chuck Pierce:  “Now the word ‘freedom’ means to loose your hands from shackles so you can prosper.  Just shake your hands and just say, ‘We are getting free in South Dakota.’  Now look at somebody and tell them, ‘Be free.’ 

Let’s thank God.  Let’s thank God for our worship while you are sitting down.  And, you know, we might as well start off the day by prophesying some.  I mean, right here, right here, you two.  I’ll just take both of you at one time.  You come over here.  Now just extend your hands.  You know God has a destiny over each one of us.  You don’t need to be afraid of prophecy.  Prophecy is just declaring the mind and the heart of God to someone. Without prophecy you have no vision, and so you want to unlock the prophetic dimension in the atmosphere and in the redemptive dimension of this state, individually over these two.  Now, remember, they are part of a corporate body, so as they move forward in their prophecies, we all begin to prosper in a new way.  Then as we begin to prosper corporately, the territory begins to prosper in a new way.  As the territory begins to prosper in a new way, the generations begin to be unlocked.  Now tell me your name, one more time.  (Jim Brumm) 

Father, we want to thank you for Jim.  We want to thank you for his gift.  And the Lord would say to you: ‘Son, I am preparing you during this time.  I am putting you in a place at this time so you will be prepared to go where I send you.  The Lord says every circumstance in your life I say, look deep into those circumstances for there is teaching within each one.  And I say to you, you will be prepared to be used to draw a net in days ahead.  For I would say to you, I will send you, I will plant you, but within your hands, you will have a net, and when I plant you, you will begin to draw in many, sayeth the Lord, in days ahead.  Do not look at this time that you are in as confusion, but as a time of training and if you will allow me to train you, you will have much harvest as I send you forth into my fields’ sayeth the Lord’

And the Lord would say to you: ‘Son, Christopher, the Lord would say to you, that prophetic anointing in your and that strength within you, I’m going to begin to call it out in a new way.  There’s strength within you that I am untapping this hour.  The Lord says, that strength is going to cause many who have had dirt in their water to be purified in days ahead.  The Lord says, I’m sending you through a purifying time right now, so I can pour you out, in days ahead.  Get ready for you will be a drink offering to many’ sayeth the Lord.’  Amen.

Don’t you like these worshippers.  Amen.  Now do we have a Thomas Stensel in here?  Stand up Thomas.  It’s not that I have a word of knowledge over your name, but you left your credit card back at the back.  And we want you to prosper, and I know if I don’t give it back to you, somebody else will use it.

Now, you know, Dutch, when we were talking about hope deferred earlier, Dutch leaned over and said ‘My book about hope deferred is better than yours; please stand up and tell them that.’  Actually, it is very good.  What I have… actually, Dutch’s book, Tell Your Heart to Beat Again is excellent on how to come back in to a place where you have experienced, where your expectations were not met.  Now what I have tried to do is something a little different in Possessing Your Inheritance, and that book is probably my favorite book that I have written.  It’s about being restored, which I am going to talk about some today.  It’s about being restored, and coming out of grief.  I deal with the stages of transition, and stages of grief we go through, and then what makes that book so important is it talks about how loss can benefit you, which is a different dynamic, but it also has a chapter on breaking generational iniquity, where I did a lot of research to help us both from in understanding from a secular understanding…When you begin to research who a generational iniquity works… I went back and I found that once you find suicide in a bloodline, it goes six generations.  And so if you don’t know how to break the power of that, it manifests at a greater dimension in every generation and eventually attempts to annihilate the generation.  That is very important for this region to understand. 

And then in The Best is Yet Ahead, the reason I wrote that book is because, as Dutch was mentioning last night, I got sick and I came very close to dying and so I had to ask the Lord the question ‘Am I going to die?’  You know, you just need to be real specific, and He said ‘No, the best is still yet ahead for you.’  And so in that time He gave me that book, and it is how to take your prophetic words and war with them, and so it is a little different slant than Hope Deferred.  Dutch’s book actually explains how to get your heart functioning back so your heart is aligned with God, and so they are all just excellent materials that are back there for you during this time.

Restoring Your Shield of Faith explains the shield of Faith that can quench every fiery dart of the enemy, and it is just a wonderful book for today.  It came out in January and it is helping the Body of Christ get their shield back up.  Most of us do not understand that the shield actually that is talked about in Eph. 6 is a door and on that door were 7 layers of bull skin that had been soaked in water, and therefore when Paul is talking about the fiery darts coming, when those darts begin to hit that door that is around you, they are quenched and you can move forward.  See, that is what faith does for us and that is so important.  So, it is just important that you are equipped for the future.  Now, it has been a real blessing being in North and South Dakota. 

One of the things I do want to mention now is that Dutch only has one set of this back there, you’ve bought the rest of them, but it is called Becoming Who You Are  and I am going to be talking about that some because we are going to be dealing with the redemptive identity of this state and of you as people in this session here.  And so, Dutch actually, his teaching is revelational and is very, very incredible to establish you.  So, if you want this today, he will pay the postage on it when you buy it.  Any three of the big books that just got here because they were late, you can have any three for $30, and that saves you about $10 on them.  If there is any way we can help you back there, we will take a break so we can go back and meet many of you and see you back at the book table.  Don’t forget we have DVDs and CDs being taped, this is being taped, and so it will be good for us to have a record of what God is saying here.

Now it was great being in North and South Dakota.  In North Dakota, one of the things we were talking about yesterday is how the very center of the North American continent lies in North Dakota.  And then I was told that the center of the US is lying here in South Dakota, is that right? (Say it again?)  Belle Fourche.  And yet they said the very center, the place where the center is marked, is very hard to get to because it is a rattle snake-type environment.  Is that right?  Well,  you all are going to have to get past those snakes and get to the very center of things here in South Dakota.  Look at your neighbor and say ‘ We’re going past the snakes in South Dakota.’  You know, sometimes you just need to get to the place you need to get to.  Just put on those big high heel boots and take a prayer team out there and pray and tell the Lord from the very center (in) South Dakota ‘This nation will change, and every snake in this nation will get exposed and we will get our feet on their heads.’  See you gotta see your call, you gotta see why you have been put in a certain place if your redemptive plan is ever going to fully come into what God has for you to come into. 

It has been real interesting, especially this snake thing.  You know, I don’t like snakes.  How many of you do like snakes?  There is probably one or two.  I’ve got one kid who likes snakes.  They told us last night, I have six children and they are all different, real peculiar some of them.  Wonderful kids, just peculiar. 

Daniel, our 22-year-old, who is now a policeman, and that is what he felt like he was called to be from the time he was 5 years old.  You know some people just sort of know what they are here on earth for and he has just pursued it, he is one of those types, he bought his first house when he was 20.  You know he is just like that.  But, the one problem I have with him is that he likes snakes.  From a kid, from the time he was little, he was fascinated with snakes.  He would catch snakes, he would bring them in.  You know, I would try to explain to him that some of these creatures – I don’t like any of them, but some of them are dangerous, and this has just been a pattern for his life.  It has always been.  You know some people we don’t really understand what makes them tick.  Look at your neighbor and say ‘He’s probably talking about you now.’  And so I have really pondered this through the years. 

He started into taxidermy when he was 12.  He killed the largest Russian boar recorded in Texas and stuffed it. He won the Gold Exotic award in our state in that area.  I  mean, just peculiar kids.  And I was really glad when he got his own house and moved out.  I mean because he took all those creatures that lined half of our house and put them in his house.  But the only thing we really had a big confrontation over was one time I came home – I was getting ready to go to Turkey to a big gathering in Ephesus.  We were going to worship for four hours to overthrow the Queen of Heaven, and to at least address that.  Because the Queen of Heaven system was what really stopped the movement of God in the early church.  We visited all the churches in Revelation. 

Before I left, Daniel brought home a new pet he had acquired.  It was a 12-foot python.  He brought it up to the office, my office at the World Prayer Center, and he said ‘Isn’t this the most beautiful creature you have ever seen?’  And I said ‘Absolutely not!  It’s not!’  And so I went home that night and he had it in this container he had fixed and it was down in his room, and you know I stayed up all night.  And so the next morning at 7:00 I called him up to my room and I said ‘I just can’t go this way.  I just can’t, this is beyond my limit.’  I said ‘First of all, this snake could – if it got out – it would eat Ethan for a snack.’  Our little kid.  I said ‘It would eat him for a snack, so son you are just going to have to respect me until you get your own house and move out.  So you are going to have to respect me and we are going to have to carry this creature back.’  So he did, you know he is an honorable child, so he took it back.  

When he moved out, he bought a snake that was a beautiful snake, but it was an exotic snake that was poisonous.  It was in his own house and he came to me because he was getting ready – and this is very important for us – He came to me because he was getting ready to buy this house.  Now he is young, he got a good job, he saved some money, and everything was going great and then all of a sudden when it got ready for his loan to go through for his home, it just stopped.  He had gained favor after favor and then things stopped on him.  So he came over to the house and he said ‘I don’t have any idea why I can’t move forward.’  I said ‘Maybe you’ve got something in your house that God doesn’t want to move forward with you into the new place.’  And he said ‘Well, I don’t know what that would be, you know I seek the Lord, I love the Lord.’  I said, ‘Well just look around that house.  There might be something in that house that God is not going to let you take with the new place with you.’ 

Now, are you aware that sometimes you get stopped in your movement, and you can’t move forward until you really do an analysis because even some good things God might want you to leave behind.  And so if you really want to move forward, you are going to have to analyze and get before God and let the Spirit of God put His finger on things so you can advance into all that He has for you.  And so, he came back about three days later and said ‘Well dad, I still don’t see anything and nothing is moving.’  I said, ‘Well, maybe it is that snake in your house and God’s just not going to let it move forward with you into this new place.’  Brian and I were working at the table and so, you know how kids are, he didn’t really appreciate that bit of wisdom, but he received it and he left.  I had said ‘The reason being Daniel is that that snake is poisonous.’  Now this is a kid who went hunting one day and came home with 8 rattle snakes in a box.  So you know he doesn’t have a lot of fear in areas like this.  I said ‘It’s sort of an illegal issue, it is a lawless issue in your life, and you are going to have to deal with it.’ 

Well Brian and I were working two days later and he came back over to the house and he walks in and puts his hand on the table and just bends down and stares at me in the face, and he said ‘You prayed my snake dead.  I woke up this morning and it was dead.’  I said, ‘Why would you think I would do that?’  He said, ‘Dad, I know you!’  While he was there the phone range and his loan started moving again, and he saw that with his eyes. 

Now I want to say to South Dakota, there’s some snakes in your midst and don’t think there’s not.  And, there is a lot of ways that you are going to have to contend with some of the issues in the midst of this state.  Isn’t it interesting, we didn’t say this to North Dakota, but is clear here.  You have a different structure in this state, even though you are related to North Dakota.  You have a different structure in this state that you are contending with and it is very important to contend in this structure in this state in a way that our entire nation begins to move forward. 

Now there is – I come from a supernatural background, so I understand the supernatural and I operate in the supernatural.  My family was in the supernatural on the dark side, one portion of them.   Therefore, it is very easy to discern when you come into a place and the occult level is very, very high.  You have a beautiful farmland here, you have beautiful, beautiful ability to produce crops, but in your atmosphere is this incredible level of the occult.  You have one of the strongest dimensions I think of Native concentration. Now I work a lot in Oklahoma and other states but there is a Native element in this state that is very unique.  I think Gabriel could come up and explain that to us.  Now, in that the Native people, because I have Native blood in my bloodline as well. 

The Native people are a supernatural people.  They were put on this land first.  God chose them as the host of this land.  They were the first peoples of this land.  Therefore, they are first in connection to the land and first in connection to the atmosphere of this nation.  Therefore, I believe a key to this state is for the prophetic dimension of the Native people to come into a place of release and maturity that will cause that atmospheric condition of this state to begin to change greatly.  That is first of all.  That is going to be very important if you are going to see South Dakota redeemed.  There must be a prophetic release in the Native people from reservation to reservation. 

Now, one of the things I felt like I picked up on and I was shared with the history of…Because you see when you are prophetic, you pick up on the atmosphere, you pick up on the land, you pick up on the destiny of things.  You begin to hear God’s heart when you come into a place.  As a matter of fact that I our job, as being prophetic people, is to express the heart and mind of God.  I am not ashamed that God made me that way.  Now, I will say this, I had to go through a great dividing, cleansing time in my 20’s because there is a very fine line between ESP and word of knowledge.  There is a very fine line between prophecy and divination.  Now hear me Gabriel and you other native leaders who are in here.  All of the supernatural, there is a very fine line in between the real and that which is being imparted into you through the dark world.  Now I have not shared this on this trip either, on this entire 50-state journey we have been on.  This state must see that line broken and the real dynamic of the Holy Spirit manifested.  It is part of your redemptive call in this Nation. 

The Church in this state must rise up and learn to mentor the supernatural dimension of God that is in this state.  Now hear me.  It is a call to this state that will affect this Nation.  What comes from this particular state is very supernatural. You even look at one of the most defining voices in our land comes out of this state.  Now that is amazing, that South Dakota has that much influence in a nation and yet that voice, that voice serves as a prophetic voice into our nation. Whether it is right or whether it is wrong, because you see it is your call as a state.  And that is why you are always going to see coming out of South Dakota an expression of truth, or an expression of…you are going to always have great influence because God has put that anointing on this particular state.  So you are going to have to learn how to express yourself the way that God would have you express yourself, because you will have influence. 

It is amazing that South Dakota, one of the least populous states in our Nation, has one of the greatest voices in our Nation.  Now that is amazing.  And if you don’t understand that and see that with spiritual eyes and then cause the redemptive plan of God to rise up within this state so that the voice coming from this state has God’s redemptive Word behind it, the state will not be functioning the way that God has called it to function.  Does that make sense? Now, I want you to stop and turn to someone, and I want you to grab their hand and I want you to pray that the Voice of God will be restored in this state and the Spirit of God will be restored in this state, and God’s power will come forth from this state.  Now just pray with somebody and agree with them right now that that will begin to happen. 

…Restored to God’s original intent.  See, there are five dimensions of prophecy in the Word of God.  One is comfort.  If you have ever comforted somebody, you have prophesied.  And so again prophecy is not some spooky thing.  If you have ever comforted an individual, that is a dynamic of prophecy.  The second is encouragement, or edification.  If you have ever encouraged someone or built them up, that is a prophetic dynamic, that is one of the functions of prophecy. 

The third function of prophecy is exhortation.  This is where it gets a little more complicated because not only are you building people up, you might have to tear something down before you start building and so if you are going to speak forth something, speak forth a word to tear something down, exhort somebody but the exhortation is to tear something down, you need to already have a word within you that can restart the building process. Now that is important.  And so it is that aspect in the prophetic dimension that usually the Body of Christ gets messed up.  Because they will prophesy out of their critical judgmental-ness and then they won’t have God’s plan of healing behind what they are prophesying.  It is not that their truth isn’t right, but they don’t have the plan of healing to speak forth behind it, and that is such an incredible dynamic in prophecy. 

The fourth dimension in prophecy is direction.  Now I believe anybody can release a directive word, but I only believe a directive word can be fully established through the government of God that we find in Eph. 4.  In other words, if you are going to give a directive word, usually someone in authority can evaluate that word to help that person really understand or that place to really understand that yes, that word is right and tis is how we will move forward.  Really that place in prophecy, direction, is where prophets connect with apostles.  And that has been of the things that I have tried to do in the prayer movement over the last several years, is to connect the prayer movement apostolically so that the prayer movement – I am an intercessor, I am a prophet, and I can move apostolically and I do move apostolically, but one of the things God spoke to me when I was flying in to Singapore in 1998, was ‘Unless my strategic intercessors connect with my apostolic leaders in their territory, they will never build the pattern that I am trying to build in the earth.’  So I have watched the prayer movement over the last five or six years take a good shift, and a very, very important shift, because it has brought a relationship of first apostles, second prophets, and most intercessors are linked into that prophetic dimension.  It brought this relationship that has caused the Church to build a different foundation, to move forward and see transformation. It is the only way we will see transformation.

Now Steve has a very strong apostolic gift, and what I feel like is so key as you move forth apostolically in this state is that the prophetic dimension of this state get release and mature.  Can you agree with me on that?  It is necessary. 

The fifth dimension of prophecy is a dimension called redemption, redemptive prophecy.  That’s where you see something and it doesn’t matter what you seem, you know God’s purpose and you call forth God’s purpose.  Now last night when I was sharing that all nine tribes, that there needed to be a worship dynamic in each and each needed to be liberated, they need to come back to the center of the state here and into this Capitol and begin to worship.  And when that happens in this particular state and you have that worship gathering, the atmosphere of the state will change with that.  We have seen in happen from state, to state, to state.  We have seen when certain obediences come and you do certain things like that corporately, hell no longer can hold its place in a region. 

One of the things God asked me to do, in 1999, was to have three days of worship in the city I was living in, in Denton.  Because Denton is where Roe vs. Wade was actually initiated.  Texas Women’s University is there.  Texas has its major issues.  And so legally that was where the initiation came, and it was the largest women’s university in the world actually at that time.  The Lord asked me to have a prophetic gathering and just worship in that city because the oldest abortion clinic in the entire region was in Denton Texas.  And he said, ‘You’re not going to overthrow this structure of worship that is attached to abortion without worshipping.  You can’t overthrow it through truth, you can’t march enough.  My people will have to worship to change the atmosphere  So when He said that I just began to gather – for three days we had about 600 people and we gathered together and we worshipped for three days. A part of this book was birthed out of that Worship Warrior.  At the end of those three days, we knew we had done what God had asked us to do.  Now we actually have this recorded and we have on the front page of the paper the following week was the headline Abortion Clinic Closes in Denton.  Now just let me say this.  In the article it said ‘No longer is the atmosphere in Denton conducive to us being here.’ 

Now quit trying to lean on you own revelation.  We are going to have to worship to unlock God’s redemptive plan.  The redemptive plan is what He paid for.  When He went to the Cross, now we talked about the Cross last night.  When He went to the Cross, He paid for certain things to happen for the earth and all of its fullness to occur.  He paid for your redemption.   And so what I want to look at in these next few minutes is how the Lord begins to deal with us to actually unlock that redemptive plan, and then Dutch will carry it on and unlock it fully in the next session.  We will do this, we will take a break, and then we will come back and do another session.  At the break we will try to be back there to meet you and to be with you and pray with some of you. 

So let’s look at Mark chapter 2.  First of all, number one, I find that to bring forth the redemptive plan of a region you are going to have to align your mind with God’s mind.  You are going to have to think the way God thinks about you.  And I find that Jesus has to do strange things to rearrange our thinking.  Are you aware of that?  He will turn you upside down to try to do what it takes to make you think like Him.  And so that was constantly what He was doing as He moved forward in His ministry in the earth realm.  Notice here He enters Capernaum.  I did an interesting study in the Word of God once.  I studied all the cities in the Word of God.  And here is Capernaum and the Lord would go to Capernaum over and over to do things so the people of Capernaum could see the power of transformation so that they could have a choice as a city or territory, would they follow Him.  And then finally that is why He addresses Capernaum and says “Capernaum, it is going to be worse for you than for Sodom and Gomorrah, because you have seen so much and you have not embraced it in your thinking process.  And so He is in Capernaum and He is speaking, and I have to tell you, people were lined up at the door.  Now you are aware of when the presence of God begins to strengthen in a territory, the house becomes full.  Now let’s say that: ‘The house will become full in South Dakota.’ 

Then, here comes these four men and they tear the ceiling off and they drop this man down into the ceiling, because his four friends wanted to see this paralytic man get healed. Now, I was going to say earlier, God positions us in a place to do something.  Now here we are in Riggs theater, and he was the first missionary who went and formed a right relationship and went to every tribe in this area to try to evangelize them.  Then, here we are in his theater right now.  Well that guy prayed and prayed.  You know he prayed. You know people after him prayed.  And all we are doing today in this age is tapping into things that have not been finished that he has prayed about, so that we can see it come into the dimension that God wants it to today.  Now, Jesus was always trying to do things to help them understand God’s ability so they could move forward.  An here they bring him in, and when Jesus sees their faith – now He can see whether we are operating in faith or not.  One of the ways I discern a territory when I come into it is, I can discern based on the level of faith people are operating in.  That is one of the things I listen for.  Are you operating in faith?  Can I hear faith when a person is speaking, even in the midst of terrible, terrible situations, death and destruction? 

So I think what the Lord is looking for in every territory is an atmosphere of faith. I mean that is what He is seeking for.  He doesn’t care how much we know, He cares how much we believe that He is capable of doing.  And so here He looks at them and because of their faith, He says ‘Son, your sins are forgiven you.’  Now the scribes sitting around have a real problem with this because it addressed their religious structure and understanding.  And I love what Jesus did.  He said ‘Why do you reason in your hearts over what I have just done?’  And so while he is standing there, he says ‘Well if you are going to reason over me healing this man, I just will do this.  If you don’t particularly like me speaking to this man and telling this man that his sins are forgiven, I’ll just do it another way. ‘  So He looks at the man and says ‘Rise, take up your mat and walk.’  In other words, Jesus said ‘Well if you don’t like Me presenting who I am this way, I’ll go this way with it.’

Now let me tell you something. He will do what it takes to break through.  And there is something He is after in this state, that the only other state I have felt this level of supernatural dynamic in it has been New Mexico.  It is supernatural activity in the atmosphere of this state, and the only way you are going to redeem God’s call on this state is to enter into a dynamic of faith that will start overcoming all through this entire state. 

And the Lord says, ‘I have already set it up for you.  Don’t worry about your defeat, just keep exercising your faith until the whole atmosphere breaks through.  Because I have ar redemptive plan in this land that is unique to this entire nation.’

This is probably one of the most unique states we have stepped in, in this entire journey.  There is a uniqueness over you.  This is a very peculiar state.  Again, tell somebody ‘That’s you, that’s you.  I know it’s you.”  I mean it is peculiar, it is something about this state that is so peculiar that the Spirit of God must take this state over for our Nation to come into its redemptive plan.  And so, it is very, very interesting as we move here. 

Let’s look at John ch. 9 for a second.  See, a lot of us were held in one place and the Lord is ready to release us fully into what He has for us.  He wants to restore us.  Now before we go, and I’ll share this with you. Let me give you a list of issues concerning restoration. 

Restoration means to return something into its life processes.  That means where death started working, all of a sudden you are returning back, you are coming back to a place where life and life abundant can begin to operate.  And so part of the testimony I have in Possessing Your Inheritance is how when I was 18 God visited me after our family had fallen apart with all the potential, that God had given us so abundant potential.  Our family fell completely apart and God visited me when I was 18 and He said ‘I can restore all that you have lost.’  And so my whole life has been built on following God so that I see the restoration of God’s plan in my life.  Now, that is why He has allowed me to trust Him for cities and states and nations.  Because He doesn’t treat nations any differently than He treats people.  And if you can believe Him to restore your life, to bring you out of the captivity that you are in and get that redemptive plan that He had for you on course, you can believe Him for your whole city.  You can believe Him for your whole state.  You can believe Him for reservation after reservation.

Some reservations might be more difficult than others because of what Pastor Dutch said last night; because of the actual strongholds that have been built up through the generations in those reservations that is stopping the Mind of God.  That’s why I loved when Gabriel came up and he spoke to every reservation, he said ‘Be open!’ 

Well God is saying that to the church this morning; ‘Be open!  Let me show you some new things.  If you don’t want me to just heal somebody, then I will extend grace to them; and that is how we will start redemption.  I’ll move with them in a way that I just do something in their life so My redemptive plan can move forward’

Now restoration has several connotations.  Number one, He restores your soul.  That’s what Psalm 23 is about.  When your soul is not in operation right, you do not have the capacity to grab hold of all what God has for you.  And so the first step in restoration is that your mind, your will, your emotions, your entire personality come into a new restorative place.  That is why he says ‘The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.  He leads me beside still waters.  He restoreth my soul.  He breaks down the fragmentation in my soul, so that I can follow him.’  That is another way of quoting that verse.  Jehova Rohi wants me to follow Him, therefore if I will follow Him, I will not want.  Now hear what I am saying to you, if there is want in your bloodline, if there is want in your region, all you have to do is invite Jehova Rohi to come in and say ‘Lead us forward out of this,  and restore our soul so we can move behind you. 

Another aspect of restoration is, He says in Jeremiah Ch. 30, He will restore your health and heal your wounds.  Health is a major war we go through with infirmity.  Trauma.  Now one of the things I do explain in a couple of these books is the effects of trauma.  Trauma actually creates a memory in your DNA structure.  Once you go through a trauma, the DNA does not want to give up that memory.  And the same things happens in the land and that is what Don was talking about last night.  The land will hold those traumas in place because the people of the land keep the traumas in place.  Therefore, every place you walk with trauma, the land is affected, and that is why the land can’t be set free to rejoice and to experience all that God has.  The land and the people of that land, can’t express themselves the way that God made them. 

I can’t imagine what the worship would sound like in South Dakota if the redemptive plan of God would just flood through the peoples of this state.  I mean it would be overwhelming, the whole nation would have to come here to hear it.  Now hear me!  You’ve got to be unlocked so that all of us can have that sound flood down across us.  And so, He restores our health.  He restores our wholeness. Wholeness is so important for us.  He restores our fortunes. 

Now, South Dakota is amazing; one of the very richest places and one of the very poorest places.  It is the biggest dichotomy probably in our entire nation, in this land. All the riches and all the poverty to the extreme.  And God says ‘Wait a minute, I’ve got to come in.  There is something wrong in the atmosphere that is allowing that and I am going to put My finger on it, you’re going to worship and it is going to overturn.  I am going to rectify it, because it is stopping My overall redemptive plan of what I have planned.’ 

And there is so much fortune in these – and I do want to include North Dakota.  North Dakota, South Dakota and Idaho.  When we were in Idaho, they are filled with fortune.  Wyoming, Montana.  This is the whole future of our Nation.  Much of the future of our nation rests in you up here and the Lord has made the Body to be the head and not the tail.  Look at your neighbor and say ‘Quit wagging!  We’re ready to move forward.  Quit wagging and start thinking!’  Tell em!  Listen, if all of that creative resource in those Native tribes got released, this nation could extend its future.  But to do that there has to be a deliverance of the trauma within the individual and within the land.  And so notice this, how quickly God can work, and this is what we will end with before we take a break.  Now as Jesus passed by, verse 1 of John chapter 9, Jesus is always passing by, you know He is always headed somewhere.  Just say this: ‘Let Him stop here.  We want Him to stop over in South Dakota.’

Pastor Dutch is going to have to teach you all declaration.  I mean when you speak declaration out into the atmosphere, the Lord begins to come and meet that declaration.  When He hears you saying ‘Stop over here, Lord.  Lord here we are!’  He says ‘Okay, I’ll stop here.’  I mean there has to be a desperation.  Remember the guy on the road who cried out ‘Lord, I’m blind, I need healing!’  He cried and his friends said ‘be quiet’ and he cried louder.  And so here He is passing by and here is this blind man and he has been blind since birth.  He was born blind and they asked him, ‘Lord, Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents that he was born blind?’  Now that was a natural question because in their belief system they believed the only way you could have a defect was that either someone in your bloodline sinned, or your sinned.  Now I explain generational iniquity, and many times generational iniquity does create defects, but Jesus shifted their thinking here.  He said to them, ‘Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him.’  It is the first time that the Lord has shown this into the earth realm.  ‘His blindness is not related to his parents, nor to him in any detrimental form.  It is because I have put this in place so that I might reveal My glory.’  Now that is an incredible way of looking at some of the circumstance that surrounds you. Sometimes it is sin.  Sometimes you have done something.  Other times you are in that circumstance until the Glory of God invades that circumstance. 

And so, notice what he does here.  He brings this man to Him, He spits on the ground; He makes clay with saliva.  Now that shows you the power of the earth.  It also shows the power of the DNA that is inside Father in Heaven.  Remember the quickest DNA test you could do is through saliva.  Think about Father’s DNA mixing with the dirt and being put on your eye.  I mean with Father’s DNA mixed in with something, all of a sudden what is not right can be right.  You might go to all these reservations and start spitting, I’m telling you.  I mean the Lord lives in us.  He might say, ‘Go worship here, change the atmosphere, spit on the ground and watch Me begin to change things.’  You just gotta do what He tells you to do. 

Then He tells this man “I’ve done my part, now this is what you’re to do.  Go, wash in the pool of Siloam,’ which is translated sent, it is the same word as apostolos.  So he went, washed and came back seeing.  ‘Therefore the neighbors and those who previously had seen that he was blind (vs. 8) said “Is not this he who sat and begged?”  Some said “This is he”  others said “He is like him.”  And he said “I am he.”  Therefore they said to him “How were your eyes opened?”  He answered and said “A man called Jesus made clay, anointed my eyes, and said to me ‘Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’  So I went and washed and I received sight.’  They said to him “where is He?”  He said “I don’t know.”’ 

This is what I want to say to you.  This man was a beggar one your.  He was a transformer the next hour.  God was using him to transform their way of thinking.  Now I want to say to South Dakota, God is brooding over you, He is moving over you.  Don’t look at how bad things are in this state, He can change them in matters of hours.  Some of you are having wrong mindsets in some areas. 

God is looking at this state and saying ‘I want to intervene in it, I want to connect you all over this state.  I want my people to rise up.  I want to change this state from having places – You’ve got riches in this state but you have beggar-ability in this state.  I want to break the beggar spirit and I want to transform the beggar spirit and then use the beggars to transform the whole region.’

That says to me that God is going to go to some of the darkest places. 

Now I got one note and I do want to talk about this for a moment.  You have a division in this state; more than one type of division.  And the way the enemy works, we find in Matthew chapter 12, is to produce division.  If he can produce division, he can hold desolation in place.  Yes, there are demon forces that are contending to hold this division in place.  How you will break the power of division is every territory in the land to join hands in God’s Blood Covenant, and when you do that the land has to give up.  The atmosphere has to change.  Don’t agree with your particular region ‘This demon is here.  This demon is over in this region.’  Yes, they are and they rule the territory, but you are in a higher position in God’s Blood Covenant. 

You are a people above all people and God says for you to ‘Rise up in worship all over this state, join hands and I will deviate, break the power of division and change the atmosphere of this state’   Get ready, He is doing a new thing.

Gabriel, come up front and bring your friend with you.  We are going to declare that the power of the prophetic dimension that is resting in this state.  All of you are going to stand up and we are going to use these two as our focus and we are going to declare that the resident anointing of the prophetic that is in the redemptive plan of this state will begin to come forth.”

Pastor Gabriel Medicine Eagle – Amen, who we have here is Mr. Bill Red Bear from Cheyenne River.  He is Sitting Bull’s great, great grandson.  I just want to affirm some of the things that Chuck has been saying about the nine tribes.  God gave me a vision about Belle Fourche, which is the center of the United States, and we are to take our Native American….(end of side 1)

…Tribes are influenced by our religion of the peace pipe and the sweat lodges and all that and it is going across.  And even the voice in Washington is being put in place by the Sioux people.  We put the votes in and it is being recognized and understood.  And the enemy is keeping that in place over our Sioux people, that influence that we have or that power if you want to call if that, to do that.  So we want to see that stuff broken and we want to be people that will release good things instead of the negative things.” 

Chuck Pierce – “Now one of the scriptures I have been walking in this year has been that scripture in Jeremiah 12 that says If you can’t run with the footman, you will never compete with the horses.  I wrote this way back at the beginning of the year.  And so the Lord said ‘This year the Horse States are the states that I am looking at in our Nation.’   So we have addressed that at various places where we have gone.  I have waited though to get to this state, because not only do I see it as a state where the horse of course plays such an important part, but I see it as a state of freedom, where the horses run wild.  Where the people, the very strength of God within you.  And what that scripture meant was ‘I will give you new strength to endure if you will endure the place you’re in.’  And it is like it is in the people of this state to change our Nation and yet it is locked up. 

so I have brought this gift, it is a cloth with horses running.  And the Lord says to me ‘This is what South Dakota will look like.  I will set My people free there.  They will come out of their captivity again. Their confinement will break that has been around them.  I will set them free, I will give them new strength.  And not only will they run again, but they will run fast enough to establish themselves at the gate of this land and cause the gate of our Nation to begin to change.’  The Lord says ‘I am loosing the horses and the strength of the horse to run again in South Dakota.’

Now I am going to give this as a gift to our brother here (Bill Red Bear), and I want to declare that – and there is so much history in this bloodline here, and we all know that – I want to declare that this redemptive plan for God that the enemy has tried to thwart and capture in this state, will be unlocked.  The gates will open up and it will begin to run forth again in a whole new way. 

Now Father we thank you.  Lord I thank you.  Lord I thank you.  I thank you Lord, it is such an honor to stand here with my brother.  Lord, it is such an honor that he has stood and moved forward.  Father, we say the redemptive plan of God for this state is being unlocked.  I degree a restoration of the prophetic voice in this land.  Lord, I decree that the anointing of power in this place will come into a new dimension.  Lord, we say that the power of tradition and religion would break.  Lord, we say as was said last night, the stronghold of this land will be overturned.  Lord we say, you are erecting a new altar of worship in this particular state.  We say, LET THE HORSES RUN IN SOUTH DAKOTA!!

Now I want you to extend your hands and I want you to pray a blessing.  Use these two as representation of every tribe in this state and the redemptive purpose of this land to be unlocked.  Just begin to pray, just pray out loud and extend your hands.” 

Bill Red Bear – “Amen, let’s pray.  Our Heavenly Father, we come before you.  We humble ourselves. You said in Your Word, Father ‘If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sins, and I will heal their land.’

Father we took this word, and we repent.  We ask forgiveness of all our sins of our ancestors, Lord, that have caused bitterness and hatred Lord; racism Lord, and become strongholds.  Lord God, our religion ways.  Lord God cultural and tradition ways, God.  That separated us, Lord God.  The bloodshed Lord God.  Lord Jesus we cry this day!  Hear us Father this day!  Release us Lord from this great bondage that we have been in Lord.  The spirit of poverty Lord.  Lord there are sicknesses and diseases of iniquities of the third and fourth generation God.  Set us free from these things Father!  We want You.  We want to be filled with Your Spirit Lord God.  We want to be saved.  We want to worship you.  We want to cry out.  We want our loved ones that are in the bondages of alcohol and the drugs, suicides in our reservations be broken Lord God.  Father have mercy upon us this day!  Father God have mercy!  Have mercy!  (Weeping and praying in tongues).   Father our agents, our representatives, our chiefs Lord.  God save them!  Save them!  Hallelujah.  Change their mind, their ways Lord God.  We claim this Lord God as a horse to run free and strong, hallelujah.  Oh, thank you Lord.  In Jesus precious name we pray.  Amen, amen, amen!  Praise the Lord!”

Dutch Sheets – “Hello, there we go.  Nice try guys!  Wasn’t that good?  Brought me back to my Chuck Barry days, with a Holy Ghost twist put in it. 

Well, it sure has been good to be with you.  This has been a fascinating time for me…I have been very taken aback by what the Lord has said in this state and a few other states and what Chuck and I realized today is that a pattern, that we have had very similar words, I mean unique and different, but in some ways similar in the sense that God was saying there were some latent, stored up treasure and gifts and destinies that were about to be released that were very important for the whole nation, and He said that in this region:  Idaho, North and South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming.  Places that you wouldn’t really in the natural, you know, go and say that.  We tend to think as humans that maybe where large population centers are; things that are just in the news, places that are in the news all the time; that they begin to take the forefront of our thinking and I think maybe subconsciously put emphasis there.  But most of the states that you would think of, because of their size, population-wise and the influence they have seemingly in the natural.  That is not where we have said ‘There is something here that has to happen that is going to release the nation.  Or there is a destiny here that God is about to bring forth that is for the nation and if we don’t get it here, the nation can’t go into what the Lord wants.’ 

I think you know my heart when I say this.  It is not an insult at all, it’s just the truth.  It has just been this region that is a hidden almost place, hidden places and hidden people. You know.  How often do you turn on the news and hear them talking about this city, or this state I mean.  And then here the Lord, I mean I was really taken aback last night by what the Lord began to say.  The same thing happened to me in North Dakota.  I mean I was trying to book airline tickets and I didn’t know if it could get here.  I mean that’s why…and between the two.  You would think you could fly between these two cities…What’d you say?  You could swim!

But there is a great destiny upon you.  I even felt last night that this Jerusalem picture that God gave us. That it was the place that was formerly called downtrodden.  I can’t get over that word about Disparagement being the principality, and how I didn’t know that when the Lord led me to that passage, and how God transformed it into a conspicuous place. I feel like there is even going to be some sort of natural connection with here and Jerusalem.  I don’t know what that is.  Somebody has felt that before, obviously.  I don’t know if there are going to be some prayer journeys or sowing into it or maybe a connection between the government there and the governor here or something.  I don’t know what it is, but just as a sign to you that this is the Word of the Lord. 

But Chuck and I have also been talking now about the redemptive gift that he talked about, and pulling out what the Lord has put in us and what to get out, and that is really what is on my mind right now.  I feel like there is a prophetic anointing, and he basically said this and so I am just going to reiterate this.  There is a prophetic mantel on this state that I don’t know if you have ever walked in it.  I doubt it. Maybe you have, because I don’t know your history that well, but there is a prophetic seed here and when I see prophetic, by the way, do not limit that to just prophesying the way Chuck does.  I am talking about everything that is part of a prophetic mantel or anointing.  Revelation, visions, seeing, opening the Word and the Spirit of Revelation coming.  Speaking by revelation.  Prophetic intercession, discernment.  Word of knowledge.  Word of wisdom.  Any and everything that has to do with God revealing Himself or His ways or His word, or His plans to us.  There is something that is very significant and important here for you that you must begin to call forth and intercede and allow the Lord to bring this forth.  It is very important. 

Like last night, I am not completely sure where I am going to go and we are not going to finish by noon, we are going to finish sometime between 12:00 and 12:30, so if you have to slip out before then you can just do it as quietly as possible.  Just let me talk to you about what the enemy tries to do with our gifts, and I have never done this teaching before, so I am just trying to navigate through this place. 

Let me use Jacob as an example.  God put some redemptive gifts, some things in him that God knew he would need to use for this man to be all he needed to be.  He put in him the ability to prosper.  He put in him some leadership potential where he was able to influence people.  He was able to lead, he was able to plan and develop strategy.  Jacob was pretty much, in my mind although you don’t find the terms in the old testament, an apostolic-prophetic mix.  But before the Lord was able to get that gifting out and functioning in its purity, Satan had succeeded through iniquitous things – And I could take you right back to Isaac and to Rebecca and show you – In fact we could go back to Abraham and Sarah, and show that the conniving, supplanting, scheming nature of Jacob was an iniquitous pattern that he inherited. 

So here are some things that the Lord put in him, that God wanted to bring forth as a gift, but before you get to the purity of Jacob’s gift…before you get to the purity you see first coming forth the perversion of that that Satan was trying to do.  See he was trying to suppress what God wants to do and defile it and bring forth unholy, negative-type things.  Then God had to put the man through a process, and you will really find that final encounter with the Lord where it happened.  God had to put him through a process in Genesis 32, where that weakness of the gifting was finally dealt with and the purity of the gift of the anointing could finally begin to come forth.  And not until then did God give him the name change from Jacob to Israel.  And you see the same kinds of things in the man.  He still had this ability to influence, to lead, he still has this ability to prosper, but it is not anymore from a soulish defiled thing.  It is a pure anointing of the Spirit.

Now that is kind of what I see for this state.  There are some gifts here but probably either…Here’s what I believe:  Either because of fear of certain parts of the supernatural and things that we have seen happen especially probably in the native people, they probably wrestle with this.  When they see these gifts and anointings defiled sometimes what we tend to do is we either just shut them down altogether because we don’t want to touch that, or we just kind of drift away from it and just think ‘We don’t even have that.’  It’s not there anymore, we just shut it down altogether.  Maybe it is not fear; maybe it is because we had to kill something.  We just don’t go all the way and let the pure resurrect. 

So the reason I am hesitant is I really don’t know the reason and what has happened in this state.  I just know this:  There is a pure anointing of God that is of a prophetic nature, that is being suppressed.  That has to come forth for you to enter into your complete destiny.  Now, you know Peter would be another example of this.  Here’s a guy that, until he was filled with the Spirit and God was allowed to awaken something in him that was of the Spirit; Peter – You could see all the potential there but so much of it was still operating through a fallen nature that comes through the soul – and I am going to get to it in a minute, this soul thing.  Because this is what defiles a gift and this is also what causes it to shut down and not operate properly.  It is when in the past we have tried to operate a spiritual gift through the soul.  I’ll get to that in a minute and I am going to explain that to you. 

So here is Peter, and you could see all the potential in this disciple, but he is always putting his foot in his mouth.  He has this aggressive nature about him, he is a real leader and he is going to be an apostle, one of the pillars of the Church, but the guy is so impetuous and driven, and just almost obnoxious with it that once in a while it just feels like he needs to rebuke the Lord and set him straight too.  The way we teach this, is we say every strength has a weakness and you have got to learn to compensate for your weakness and release your gift.  Like I have a prophetic temperament and at some points in my life, and I suppose this is probably a lot like Peter, everything is just really black and white to me and I have a very resolute nature, I am very intense and I don’t like middle ground and therefore I am one who just can’t deal with compromise, I don’t like gray areas.  At a point in my life, I felt like I had to impose that on everybody else. 

So if I saw something that was wrong, well of course I was supposed to fix it.  So you know, I might go into somebody’s church or some place, you know a room full of people, and if something is out of order it really might not be any of my business, but it never occurred to me it was none of my business, I mean if it is not right – fix it!  So I would just say ‘You know this is out of order don’t you?  You need to fix this, or change that.’  And they would look at me like ‘Well, who do you think you are?’  And at times too it would devolve into a critical spirit.  Because I didn’t understand that there was a strength in me of a prophetic temperament that could discern and see things out of order; understand well, this isn’t right. I could discern immediate there is compromise here, but I didn’t have the understanding to compensate for the weakness that comes with that, which could be a critical spirit.  For lack of a better word, just kind of bossy and trying to fix everybody else.  I don’t know what the theological term for that is.  Maybe it’s pride. 

But I want to say it to you differently, because I want to connect it to this gift thing.  Here is what I really believe is actually happening when we are trying to compensate and say, this is the strength part of the gift and this is the weakness, and we have to compensate and deal with the weakness so we can release the strength.  Here is what I think is really happening.  We are learning to divide between soul and spirit.  I believe the purity of the gift that God gives us is born of our spirit, and that is where it is.  But because of our fallen nature that is rooted in our soul – That would be your mind, your will and your emotions – there is also defilement.  The real question is which part of my nature, soul or spirit, is going to operate my gift.  Now I have never said this before, I am walking through this.  I have touch on some of this, but not in this way, so just be patient with me  (someone says ‘Say it again’)  I don’t know if I can.  I mean I can try to say it, I’m not sure exactly what the last statement was before I started explaining to you that I haven’t done it before.  But really the question is: which part of our nature is going to release the gift?  This is why even when you prophesy, you can be prophesying out of your spirit and very easily, sometimes so naturally without realizing it, you move right into prophesying from your soul.  Peter did almost this in Matthew 16, when he said ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God.’  And the Lord said to him ‘Blessed are you Simon bar Jonah, or Peter, because flesh and blood didn’t reveal this to you but My Father in Heaven.’  He used the Biblical word for revelation, He said ‘You received a revelation from Heaven.  You were moving in the true prophetic here.  You tapped in by your spirit.’

But it was just a few minutes later, he is rebuking Jesus when Jesus said ‘I am going to go to the cross,’ and he said ‘God forbid Lord.  No way!’  The scriptures use the word there for rebuke, where is says Peter rebuked Jesus, it is the strongest word for rebuke that there is in the New Testament, I believe it is epitimao.  But it is the strongest one you can use and it is always the word that is used for rebuking an evil spirit.  And Jesus turned around and rebuked him.  You know, Jesus was pretty patient with these guys most of the time, but He said, you know, ‘Now you’re speaking from an evil spirit, I can’t tolerate that.’  So He rebuked him.  Here’s the point, He said ‘You’re not setting your mind on God’s interests, but mans.’  And if you look up that word  ‘mind’ there, it is not the normal word for mind, which would be nous.  It is the word, I think as I don’t have this in my notes and I am doing all this from memory, but I think it is phroneo.  But I know this much, it is the word that means not just the mind, but the mind, the emotions and the will.  It is a word that when you look it up in your lexicon it becomes obvious what the Lord is saying to him is ‘Peter you shifted out of the spirit and into the soul.’  And when you get into that realm of the soul, that fallen soul that exalted itself at the fall about the spirit.  A desire to be wise, the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.  That is what happened, and that is what that teaching Becoming Who You Are is all about, teaching on the soul and what happened to us at the fall where the soul came to ascendancy, not the spirit.  And the whole goal of Christ, after we are born again, is to transform us once again to people who walk according to the spirit and not the soul. 

Now, when you start trying to minister, especially supernatural gifts.  It is one thing to be a gift of serving or whatever, but when you start tapping into revelation gifts and you are still, you’re not… you don’t have that understanding clear, you don’t understand the difference, you move into witchcraft and you move into a dark side, let’s say, of this where you are operating from your soul not your spirit, and that is what Peter was doing. 

Now, what God wants to do in this state is He wants to resurrect, bring forth, a redemptive gift of a prophetic anointing where you learn how to bring forth something out of your spirit.  Here is what I want to say to you South Dakota.  It is laying there dormant now, it is not really awakened, and God wants to bring it forth.  He wants to do it in a very pure way. 

There are two words in the New Testament for what I am trying to describe to you and they are big long Greek words.  One of psuchikos, one is pneumatikos.  A psuchikos is one who walks and operates according to the soul, psuche, psyche.  You can hear those words there.  So when you are trying to do these things by the soul, through your intellect, through maybe just ability of your own, and that thing is getting defiled, that is operating from your soul, that’s a psuchikos.  God is trying to transform us to where we operate by the Spirit.  Now, the man who has made this shift in his life more than anybody I have ever witnessed is Chuck.  He came out of a background where through this soulish demonic thing, his whole family moved in a very evil supernatural.  He was telling me earlier how hard it was for him to step into the pure form because he was so afraid of the other. ‘How do I know when I am crossing this line.’  So he had to by faith and by training come to a point where he in confidence could leave the other and move into a place of walking in the Spirit, where he could tune into the realm where God is moving, the pure Spirit realm, not this kingdom of darkness spirit realm that operates through out soul.  And because he has done this, he tunes into that realm of the Spirit more quickly and easily than anybody I have ever met, and is more accurate with it than anybody I have ever met. 

But that same ability is in this state.  It is on the people of this state, especially the native people of this state.  And you must not allow the enemy, because of the defilement of the past to shut it down.  You must allow Him to awaken this prophetic anointing.  Is this making sense so far? Chuck do you want to add anything so far to what I am saying?  Are you understanding me? 

Now I don’t know if all of you, and I am not trying to imply that everybody in this state would have this prophetic thing, but I am telling you it is basically… You know we don’t try to sound weird when we say this, and he said the same thing, but it is like it is in the atmosphere.  There is just a prophetic mantle over this region.  Now, you have got to let the Lord awaken this. 

Oh, where do I want to go now?  Here is another thing I feel, and I am just going to say this very quickly.  Because in the past there has been a defilement of this gift here, and Gabriel could talk to us about that, because there has been a defilement – and Chuck alluded to this – that defilement gets just literally into the land.  It just, it infects a region. And I talked about this a little bit in North Dakota.  The Lord told Israel, He said ‘Everything you do, your actions, are not going to not only effect you, they are going to effect your land, your crops, your livestock, your offspring, the next generation, the weather.  Your obedience to Me and your righteousness will effect when it rains, how much it rains.’ 

When we sin, because of the authority that God has given us over the earth as humans, when we sin the results of that sin passes down to everything that God gave us authority over. So that is what we were trying to address last night.  There is defilement.  There are strongholds that have come.  Now God is saying ‘You have reached a point in your development through prayer, through the declaration of the Word, through worship, through fasting, through coming together, through repentance; you have reached a point now where you can break the stronghold.  You can disarm the giant.  You can clear the defilement out and allow something very pure to come forth. 

This is why these words have been coming, and take them please, very seriously, about gathering together, going to the border between the two states, worshipping.  I forget what was said about all these nine reservations, either bring them together or go to each one.  I forget what was said but it was very clear that you have to do some things and nothing will seal this more than if you worship together at these places.  Because you just literally create a place then where the Lord can come in, and His presence can just sort of rearrange, cleanse, and you just through praise and worship you create an atmosphere, you create an atmosphere where the Lord can come in and clean this thing up.  When He cleans this up you are going to find then, just like Jacob, something pure that is in the same family of gifts.  All of a sudden something pure begins to come forth, but it is out of your spirit now in the Church, and not the soul. It is going to change everything about this state.  It is going to change the way you do church.  It is going to change – This will break religious spirits off more quickly than anything because religious spirits try to operate a force of supernatural through the soul.  That is what religious spirits do.  When you have a form, you deny the power see, and you begin to go through motions.  What religiosity or religious spirit is, is you are still trying to release spiritual power, but you are not allowing it to be the supernatural power of God from the spirit, so you go into routine, you go into just methodology and formulas and rituals.  You begin to try to release a spiritual force, but now you are doing it from your soul and now you open the door to religious spirits to begin operating. 

So if you do what we are saying to you, what the Lord has been saying prophetically.  If you do this, it will literally disarm and dislodge, that’s the word I have been looking for.  It will dislodge from the earth, it will dislodge from the region, from the atmosphere, from even your crops and your possessions.  It is going to dislodge the influence of these strongholds.  They really are religious spirits.” 

Chuck Pierce – “Even in Native culture, when you stay with tradition – what we call tradition in the church is empowered by the supernatural.  The very thing that it seems to be preventing is the supernatural coming forth, but what it has done is that it is flowing through our soulish power to hold spirit’s captivity from really expressing who we are in Christ. 

Dutch Sheets – “Now I have alluded to something and I am just going to say it directly now. Demons operate through your soul.  When you are trying to do business from the soul, that is where demons operate.  When you do it from your spirit, that is where the Spirit of God operates.  So you have got to get back – that is why worship is such a key.  Because when you really move into true worship it has got to be Spirit and Truth.  So if you move into true worship now you are moving into that realm where your spirit is engaged and these demons are going to be dislodged through that.  Some of this we have complicated too much.  Probably more often than now, when God has given a prophetic word to a region through these 50-state tours of how to begin to overthrow the strongholds and go to the next level, I would say 90-percent of the time when a word of strategy came to that region on how to do it, it was all about worship. 

So you don’t need a bunch of complicated formulas that we got to go over here and do this and this and this. If you will just get to these places and come together around worship, the very nature of what it is if you do it right engages your spirit with the Spirit of God and releases Him to tear these things down. 

Now, there is one other way that this will happen and I want to go to this and finish with this.  (I can’t believe it is already 10 after).  But Chuck alluded to the power of the spoken word.  This is real important for you.  That…(end of tape 6 side 1).

…I felt the Holy Spirit impressed me with this thought when I was preparing this sermon, and the whole sermon may be ‘They Don’t Believe in the Prophetic.’ (laughter).  The prophetic is the voice of God coming forth.  I don’t care if it is off the pages or a thought that He impresses you with.  That is being prophetic.  You are singing a song that those words begin to bring other thoughts to you and you get more understanding about God and somebody is talking to you deep in your heart.  Hello!  That’s the prophetic whether you like it or not.  You can’t even be saved without it because something had to reveal the Gospel to you.  That something is the prophetic anointing of God.  But especially for a region like this where God is trying to resurrect this prophetic mantle – which is the Breaker Anointing by the way.  The prophetic anointing of God is what brings breakthrough.  It is always closely associated with the Word, see, because this was written through the prophetic anointing.  Holy men were moved, and that word means to be borne along by the wind.  So the Wind of God’s Spirit, the Breath of God, the same Wind that blew through the Garden in the cool of the day, that is what that expression really means.  Adam used to hear the voice of the Lord in the cool of the day.  The cool of the day – they didn’t know how to translate it.  It didn’t make sense to them.  If you want to translate it literally it says ‘The voice of the Lord was heard in the wind.’  It is the Breath of God, breathing and bringing forth words.  And that is why with this, so when you begin to partner with this, when you begin to take the Word of God and speak and decree the Word, it releases this prophetic anointing of God that breaks through, that begins to create, that dismantles. 

So I am going to go to a verse now which is very familiar, but it is very important I think that we end with this, and it is Hebrews 4:12, ‘The Word of God is alive and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword.  Piercing (or penetrating) to the dividing asunder (of what?) soul and spirit, joints and marrow.’ 

See what the Lord wants to do for this region is He wants to come in here and begin to separate between soul and spirit so you can begin to bring forth some things by the Spirit and tear down that which was built demonically through the soul.  Are you connecting all this so far?  And He says the way He is going to do that is through the Word, the Sword of the Spirit. 

There are a couple of words I want to mention. What do I want to mention? Have not forgotten, I’m just not sure where I want to go at this point.  You know I am trying to do some of these things and tailor these thoughts to this specific region.  What inevitably happens is that you’ve got 10 years of study and 50 different sermons and you are trying to pull from this one and that and this one and that one, to try to apply it to exactly what He is saying here.  And in your mind, your soul starts playing with you and you think ‘well, do I want to go here, go here, go here, go here?’  If I was like Chuck, I would just prophesy.  He has learned to just not use his brain and just prophesy.  Well, not all the time, he’s brilliant!  He does this better than anybody I know, but he has also learned to put this out of the way and hear by the Spirit of God. It’s not that he has no common sense or doesn’t think.  It is that he has learned to let the Spirit be in charge, and not make this thing be in charge.  It is not that easy to do. It’s really not. 

Let me do this.  Let me say to you the Lord wants you to war with the prophetic word.  He wants you to war with both the written down Word of God that you take and you begin to decree and speak that Word over your region, which is going to awaken the prophetic anointing, the pure spiritual anointing of God.  And He also wants you to war with the spontaneous prophetic anointing that comes.  These words that are spoken; God will quicken to you other things and you will begin to obey what He says and you decree what He says and the prophetic anointing is going to awaken the prophetic anointing.   I have never said that before, but that is what is going to happen.  The prophetic anointing is going to release the prophetic anointing. 

Now, is it Biblical to war with prophecy or with prophetic words? Of course it is!  Let me give you a few scriptures here.  Ezra 5:1-2, says that it was through the prophesying of Haggai and Zachariah that Zerubbabel was successful in rebuilding.  Also, Haggai – I mention Haggai and Zachariah.  If you go back and study, it was the prophetic word that began to come forth which awakened in them the understanding and God’s restoration kicked in.  Really what this is all about in South Dakota is restoration.  We are trying to get a gift that God, a redemptive gift that God put here that became defiled, we are trying to break the defilement off it and let the pure gift be restored.  And so it was through the prophets that that happened.  The same thing is said in Ezra 6:14-15.  They were successful through the prophesying of Haggai and Zachariah.  

2 Chronicles 20:20 says ‘Trust the Lord’ and then he says ‘Trust the prophets, (or believe the prophets) and succeed.’  But here is an interesting word.  Timothy was told in 1 Timothy 1:18 to war with the prophetic words that had been spoken over him.  1Thess 5:20-21 says ‘Do not despise prophetic utterances but examine them and then hold fast to what is good.’  Hold fast there is a Greek word katecho which means, among other things, ‘to set your course.’  It is used for a boat that would set their course in a certain direction and just lock into the course, hold fast to it. 

See, the Word of the Lord will come to you and if you will lay hold of that Word of the Lord and begin to set your course based on it, then you will begin to prosper.  God wants you to take the words that He has been speaking, He wants you to take His written Word as well and He wants you to begin to war with it and release the prophetic anointing over your state.  If you do, it will change the very atmosphere. 

Now, the power that is released when we do this is probably greater than anything we have ever really understood.  God so honors His Word that when we do this, there is a force from Heaven that begins to be released that is very destructive to the powers of darkness and very creative for us.  He still creates through His Word.  So if you begin to do this, you will release a creative force that will both war against the stronghold that has kept this gift from coming forth completely, but it will also begin to release the creativity of the Lord.

Now, hear me.  You are not going to get to your destiny, South Dakota, until you see this awakened.  This is very much a part of who you are.  If you do this, revelation will begin to come forth from here that will be so incredible, it will indeed impact the Nation and the Nations.

Now let me back up for just a moment and finish with this.  The fact that we are dealing with this and the Lord is leading us here makes me believe that most likely the way the church basically does business is mostly on an intellectual level, soulish.  Which always will mean, among other things, that there won’t be any real power.  So you will do the right things, but you won’t see the fruit.  When you keep doing those things and you don’t see the fruit and you keep doing it and keep doing it, and you keep operating on that intellectual basis, that is how you become controlled by a religious spirit.

But I can just about assure you that if I went to every church in South Dakota and maybe North Dakota, if I went to look at the Body of Christ, if I came like the Lord Jesus could do and I am going to take assessment of my bride, I can just about guarantee you that I would find a people who have been trying to do business for the Lord mostly from their soul, from their intellect.  And I probably would find a people that move in very little power and supernatural.  You must change this now.  If you didn’t do anything pastors but just turn your services into prayer meetings for a while, just worship and pray for a season, it would probably surprise you what a difference it would make.  Your people could do without some of your wonderful messages for a short season.  They probably know so much already they are not doing that a little break would do them good.  I am pretty serious about this. 

It is time, in this region, it is time to rock the boat a little bit.  You’re not going to see this broken unless you’re willing to get out of the box and let the Lord begin to do some things that are of a supernatural nature and turn these…If you won’t do what I just said, then at least have some church-wide, regular prayer and worship meetings, where all you do is turn into the prophetic anointing and begin to decree the Word of the Lord over your city, your people, your region. If you will begin.  And then by all means take it outside the doors of your church and go to these places that we are talking about and do this.  If you will do that, you will begin to see things change immediately. It is time. 

If you do not heed this Word, this stronghold will increase and you will miss the time of your visitation.  Now I am telling you by the Spirit of God.  That is both a promise and a warning. 

And let me say one more thing.  There are plenty of you here to get this done, and there are plenty more out there anyway who can’t make it or won’t show up at a meeting like this who have the right heart.  But don’t think you have to have the whole Body of Christ and all of the Church doing these things before we can make a difference.  That is not the way it works. If just two or three of you, you know, there are plenty of people here to start doing this and it is going to start impacting the spirit realm in a way that changes the atmosphere of this state and it is going to awaken this gift and this anointing and move you out of the soul, into the spirit and you are going to begin to see incredible breakthrough, incredible breakthrough. 

When this starts happening – And I am trying to wrap up here – When this starts happening, when this spirit, this anointing, is awakened it will not only affect the Church, it will affect the world around you, the unsaved.  The atmosphere will so change that the veil will begin to lift off of unbelievers.  The spiritual realm will be so impacted that people yesterday that couldn’t see clearly, this prophetic thing in them will be awakened and they will say, just like Paul, ‘Yesterday I was going this way, and now I am going this way.  I want Jesus, I want Christ.’  Strongholds will start to be broken off of people.  Addictions will start being broken off of people.  Healings will begin to come.  Rifts and divisions in the Body of Christ will just dissipate because of the deception that came that caused them will be broken because eyes will be open and people will begin to see things clearly. 

Everything around will change.   Even the political realm will begin to change because the powers of darkness that have held people captive that will begin to change, and where yesterday they have thought this way, they will begin to think this way and think ’You know, I don’t believe that anymore.’  They won’t even know why they don’t believe it anymore, it‘s just some deception has been broken off of them.  This will change the way religious leaders things and people who weren’t open to certain truths will just be open to it.  This will be so incredibly strong that people who don’t believe in, or who have never experienced a vision or a dream from God will start having them.  This is what God wants to do in South Dakota.  He wants to awaken your prophetic destiny. 

Now when you do this, I’m telling you it is going to impact the nation and I don’t understand how necessarily, I just know it.  This region of America is going to impact America.  North and South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho.  I’m telling you, it’s coming!

Come on and stand up with me would you?  Looks like somebody gave a ring in the offering.  I don’t know why my attention was drawn to that, but it was.  Come on let’s pray for a minute.  Lord, we want You to awaken this prophetic destiny that hangs over this part of the country.  Lord, I know it is very linked to the Native people; they just are prophetic and some of them don’t know it and some of them have used it in the past, both to connect with You and some to connect with evil spirits and I know some have shut it down because of the evil and it is laying there dormant in some.  Lord because of their influence and the fact that You put so many of them here, it is over this region.  There is a prophetic Warrior Spirit that is upon this region.  And we have to get this awakened.  We’ve got to move in it Lord.  It has to happen.  It is not just for them, it is for all of us. 

So we just prophetically speak now to South Dakota.  I speak to this region.  I speak to North Dakota.  I speak to Montana, Wyoming, Idaho.  I speak to the heavenlies, the spirit realm, the atmosphere.  I speak to the land, the soil, and I say that the very seed of the prophetic anointing of Jesus Christ is going to awaken!  And a people are going to learn how to move by the Spirit, not the soul, the Spirit and they are going to allow the pure gifting to come forth and they aer going to become Word Warriors that are going to bring forth the Word of the Lord.  They are going to decree and it will be established.  They are going to decree by the Spirit.  They are going to take the written Word and decree it by the Spirit.  And there will be a marriage of the Word and the Spirit over this state and this region that has never occurred.  I said, there will be a marriage of the Word and the Spirit over this region that has never existed before and the redemptive gifts and anointings that are here, that have lain there dormant and have never been released, are about to be released into the earth. 

I declare and decree a Spirit of Worship will arise and the worship will penetrate the heavens and it will cause an awakening, an awakening, an awakening, an awakening!  I keep hearing the word AWAKEN!  Awaken, awaken, I say to the seed of God’s Word and the prophetic anointing that is in this region.  I speak to you now and I say AWAKEN!  Come forth by the Spirit of God!  Rise up!  Go, spring forth in the earth!  Let the voice of God be heard again. 

I say to the religious spirits that have controlled.  That your hold is being weakened now and you will not prevail.  You will not prevail.  You will not continue to cause the people of God to be simply religious and operate from the soul and not the spirit.  I say to you, there will be a Spirit of Revelation that displaces you.  There will be a Spirit of Revelation that displaces you.  (I have never really made that connection before, but I see it now.  The Spirit of Revelation is what overcomes the spirit of religion.)  I say that there is a Spirit of Revelation that is displacing you in the heavenlies, and the people of God here are going to move in revelation, they are going to move into amazing revelation, new revelation, fresh revelation, and this religiosity that marries witchcraft is being BROKEN off of you now!  In Jesus’ Name!  Oh! Boy, I felt that.

What have you got?  Just come up and pray, you don’t have to prophesy, just pray something.”

Chuck Pierce – Now Father, we thank You right now that You are sealing what has gone on here.  Father we thank You right now that You are beginning to move in a new way. Father we thank You right now, and Lord I release the Spirit of Wisdom and Spirit of Revelation into this state.  Lord, I say it has been there, Lord even the anointing that You have placed in me, I call it forth in this state and I decree it will come into fullness of its destined purpose.  Father we thank You for the reports of worship on the reservations that come forth. We thank You for the release of harvest.  We thank You for the planting of churches, and we thank You Lord for the move of God in South Dakota.”

I decree that the spiritual leaders of this region are going to come into incredible understanding and revelation, strategy that will bring strategy of what to do, how to do it and when to do it.  I release to you the anointing of the sons of Issachar to hear the Word of the Lord, have a discernment for the times and the strategies.  Because of their discernment of the times, they also knew what to do.  I say there is coming to you an ability to discern the timing and the strategy of the Spirit and I release that prophetic anointing to you now.  I command it to AWAKEN, in Jesus’ Name, in you! 

Boy, that’s good. That was strong. 

The Gifts of the Spirit of God.  Now awaken.  Prophecy.  Word of Knowledge.  Word of Wisdom.  Gift of Faith.  Gifts of Healing.  Working of miracles  AWAKEN!  Awaken discerning of spirits.  Come on, awaken!  Awaken!  A new prophetic anointing on the worship over this region and this state, awaken!  Song of the Lord come.  Song of the Lord.  Worship and warfare mix.  Worshipping Warriors come forth.  Come forth!  Wind of God be over the worship over this region.  Come now, I command it forth in Jesus’ Name!  WORSHIP WARRIORS ARISE!   Come forth in Jesus’ Name!  Invade the atmosphere.  Yeah, invade the atmosphere!
